Quick match just put you against the first player available.

If not, you should pick up any of the sticks that MadCatz had on sale during EVO. If you want a dual-modded stick, then go for an EightArc or Qanba.

Custom gives you a list of available lobbies (with country flags and connection indicators) to choose from. The only problem with it is that the list has to be refreshed manually, and the lobbies often fill up before you can join them (which then gives a generic "unable to join" error)..

Custom gives you a list of available lobbies (with country flags and connection indicators) to choose from. And you can choose the skill level of the players in comparison to yours in the options too. It's a bit jerky but it helps.

My one: As Rose, EX Soul Throwing into a Viper from almost full screen with low bar and low health (Yes, Viper had very low life, but that was something that was easily punishable)

Ultra Street Fighter 4 will be available early next year on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC as a DLC update for either Super Street Fighter 4 or SSF4: Arcade Edition, and as a standalone retail game. The DLC dragon-punches in at $15, while the full game spins birds at $40.

From reading this thread, it seems like it's pretty active on PC though. Steam isn't the only way to get the game from though, but (apart from the main menu and how DLC is handled) the game is the same.
