Well I suppose the frame data on eventhubs / shoryuken is incorrect, because I'm positive this combos and it doesn't even feel like a one frame link either, i can do it most of the time without plinking. The same thread also suggests that the j.hk damage is the old value, which suggests that the frame data wasn't updated (or at least not researched beyond regurgitating Capcom's change list) after AE 2012. | ||

money match between myself and a guy from edmonton here. he challenged me, what was i gonna do, say no? :D overall im not too happy with this match. watching i feel like its pretty evident i havent touched sakura in a month or so. during the first couple rounds especially i have some executional flubs that always make me really angry. my goal in this match was to stay the FUCK away from makoto because in AE this was actually a pretty bad matchup for sakura. makoto was the only character that had a higher stun potential than sakura, and sakura had no real way to keep her out. makoto isnt very tough now i dont think. i had to play a little random to keep him from locking me down. i also cant believe i actually threw the fireball that let him take one of the sets T________T my sakura a lil rusty but i guess she's still more solid than my cammy. imma just play both at the tournament this weekend. anyway, please watch the video and critique my gameplay thanks! always looking to plug holes, don't tell me to practice execution or i will fuckin slap you | ||

Other than that nothing else I notice thast worth critique besides one that shall nto be mentioned. Random but probably since I haven't touched this game in months, it's fun to me again. Heh wonder how long it'll last thou | ||

- The Makoto player is obviously afraid of your pressure, throwing a lot of desperation ultras. - Once you get a bit of a lead, doesn't hurt to go in hard, as Makoto doesn't have much to break your momentum. If she gets a knockdown on you, just get out of there. Don't think I really saw any option selects or anything like that from the Makoto player, so it shouldn't be too hard to get out. - Makoto player is clearly baiting for your hadoukens. Watch his meter. My friend plays Akuma and once he gets ultra, I have to be really really careful :p (he baits jabs and throw techs with demons =_____= ) - When you are mixing him up, he did a bunch of desperation EX moves (mostly chops). Might be able to bait those and force him to block instead. Then start going for walk-up throws, etc. Other than that, solid play, imo :D | ||

I had no intention of challenging his fukiage with air tatsus cuz that shit does not go wellvexcept in fringe cases where the extende air time eats fukiages active frames. Air tatsu destroys makotos air to air normals, thats all. The kara tatsus where I fly over his head from closer range, im incorrectly readingn his axe kick patterns. You can hit her on your way up, for, again, near full corner carry thanks for lookin at it, i dont have a pvr or anything but this went down at our wednesday ranbat :D | ||
