Does anyone know how to reduce the graphics detail levels below normal? You could do it in the first pre-beta release but it's been disabled since then as far as I can tell.
EDIT: Nevermind, found the .ini file. Here's a tutorial for those having FPS issues:
Let's break the constant posts of keys only. A round which last almost till the time ended, where I basically sat at the generator for most of the game. Brute plays nicely on the offensive and defensive, only heavy I really like. Grinding tokens for classes does seem to take some time, god damn sentinel and raider both 9,8k.
How do you play a heavy class? I'm not that good with medium and light, but I at least know what to do. Heavies seem made for defense but when I try to, they just ignore me, take a hit and get the flag anyway and chasing is impossible from standstill.

A great tactic is body blocking. Stand on the flag, as in plant your f'in feet right on top of it and look for cappers coming in route, shoot at them as they come in, they'll either get hit by you or slam right into you and then you bash their little light armored skulls in.
With a Juggernaut you can Mortar spamming the flag. Watch for cap routes and when you see someone in bound start pushing mortars onto it, grenades as well.
Also with a Juggernaut you can get on a hill and mortar spam onto their flag and base area to clear out turrets and players/defense for your flag cappers so they can come in swiftly and easily. Mortar has a pretty long range, so you can also use these to shoot at cappers that llama grab your flag and get away. Good prediction on their landing area and they'll explode.
You can also do some Generator defense with a Brute. Fractal Grenades are a pain in the rear for anyone trying to keep a generator down. You can also play offensive with a Brute and go base rape them in their Gen room using Fractal Grenades.
Don't bother chasing, unless you're really good and know what you're doing. Leave the chasing to the chasers (rangers, pathfinders etc.) and just try and make sure the next person coming has a hard time grabbing the flag. Heavies are huge fire power and are great for area denial, specifically the flag.
Eh, pretty much all ballistic weapons got buffed in last patch, I've played brute enough to have unlocked all of his skills and I've had no problems getting kills either in ctf or tdm.
