Anybody know how much a Twinfusor costs? My game is still updating.

Also, I read somewhere that the Twin on the Jugg is a secondary. Really that gun should be on the Brute. Brutes the only class that get crapped on by auto users. And 2 discs will help them out alot. Plus, it adds to the idea of being a Heavy Soldier.

*Sigh* HiRez helping splash noobs with twinfusors. I wish HiRez would stop releasing more weapons and work in balancing the game. I agree with Descolada that the game is boring to watch.

No no no.. you got it all wrong. There are auto noobs AND splash noobs. ( Actually there are also grenade spamming noobs, mortar spamming noobs, shrike riding noobs, ... ) That's why we have to be mad whenever there are changes/additions/nerfs/buffs to splash weapons, autos, grenades, mortars, vehicles....

OK, have PUG'd some on the new maps, and the only one I don't actually enjoy is Stonehenge. The improvement to Temple Ruins is notable, actually, and I gathered from the others that it was better for other than cappers as well.

Now, the new safefall...

For some stupid reason, the immunity to splat and fall doesn't mean that you will actually regen faster. That's right, you take no damage, but it still stops regen. No rock routes for you!

Also, the LAR is pretty ridiculous now, which is completely fine by me, but I really think they should just have kept the original mechanism and told the macro kids to GTFO.

Damn! This game is a lot of fun. I'm ripping it up in public games. I've played for about 2 hours and I am maintaining a 2.0+ K/D. The game is so fast paced. I feel rewarded with every kill.

I was just in a blood bath for about 30 seconds. People dropping all around me, somehow I managed to survive until there was only 2 of us left. At this point we were both almost out of ammo. I shot about 5 shotgun shells and only hit with one, at this point I was all out of bullets. Then I started chasing that mother fucker and eventually knifed him.

D has been ''changed''. It's now impossible to chase a capper if he doesn't mess up and its near impossible to snipe down a soldier's 1300 health in the 10-15 seconds back to front routes take, and even if you do he's pretty much going to be back at his base.

Either the sniper is forced to use phase rifle+rage and try to survive on stand (pretty slim chances against an organised offence) and land 4 shots in a row under pressure, or the chaser reverts back to playing a more imposing wall instead of pth (going soldier +proxy with the addition of a HoF for example).

The general 4O 3D split was already favoring the offence, this just makes it worse.

That being said, regardless of if those changes are balanced or not, I think most people will agree that it makes for a less dynamic and more boring game.

I tend to be a bit overdramatic about things but... that's my read on it.

how many fast cap routes are actually viable as a soldier? your regular pro pathfinder has like at least 4 super fast cap routes per map, i would expect a soldier to have a lot fewer possibilities. so it shouldn't be that hard to defend against soldier caps because you have to pay attention to less incoming routes or is it?.
