Some finish magazine reviewer wrote that game is 50hrs long. It depends how u play the game and if u playing on easy, medium or hard.

Well I usually play 1st time on normal (unless the reviews says that normal is really easy like they did for DA2) and I like to explore everything and do every quest :D

It also got 4 different beginnings and 16 different endings and you aint going to se all of the world in one playthrough.

Jeuxvideo magazine just gave the game (again, the pre-release day patch version) 19/20, supposedly the highest this particular reviewer ever scored a game (and he did the review for DA:Origins, for example).

Apparently all DLC will be free.
A Q&A on retailer Gamestop's Facebook page between The Witcher 2 fans and developer CD Projekt RED yesterday revealed the studio won't be charging for any of the game's upcoming downloadable content.
"Let [us] announce that all our DLCs will be FREE," they write. "All of them. If anything will be for purchase, those will be expansion packs. First DLC (side-quest called "Troll Trouble") [launches] together with the game release."
As you may know already, a built-in updater will be included with the game, usable for those who register their copy, so grabbing patches and new content should be a piece of cake.
A few other juicy details: besides affecting the story, save importing will bring over money and some items, including the famed Raven Armor. Other bonuses are in place, though they don't want to spoil them. Lastly, playtime is estimated at a minimum of 40 hours, and this is only if you go straight through the main quest -- this should be "doubled or tripled for the non-linearity."

It is brilliant with the DLC's, loved how they released a patch in Australia so players could set themselves to a different country, so they can get the full uncut sex scenes thumbs up there is a link somewhere (can't find it) if it isn't already posted somewhere!
Can't wait to get my grubby hands on it come Tuesday it's off to Game for me :-P
Which versions of the game have you all pre ordered premium or collectors?
Also triss made Playboy in Poland (there is obviously some skin on show for you young ones) http://www.unfinishedman.com/the-witcher-2-triss-merigold-polish-playboy-may-2011/

Reviews from the big sites are first comming the day or a few hours before the game is released most likely.

I swear that last trailer is the best I've seen for a game.

The latest trailer is awesome. Cant wait for this game and by the sounds of it the voice acting has certainly improved which was my only really gripe with the first game.

This will propably be RPG of the year on PC and those trailers are such enormous tease. Well, few more days!

The voice acting in The Witcher is so unfathomably bad. I'll say it again. The voice acting in The Witcher is so unfathomably bad. Stiff, emotionless, atrocious.
The Witcher 2 will, judging from the trailors etc, not be different, so I'll pass. Getting past the 2 hour marker in the first game was hard enough. Never made it past 3.
