The menus and options aren't really a big concern, imho, i'd rather have a better explanation of the different weapons (there's supposed to be a try-before-you-buy feature in the final version tho). What would be more important to me would be a simple game guide, something that teaches new players wtf is going on. Why and how they move to spawn locations and find the fight that matters at a particular moment, and how the base mechanics work. E.g. I it took me a lot of time to find out what generator etc. does exactly what in an amp station, and how to take over a tech plant. When you are attacking a Bio Lab with a 200man Zerg, and 180 of those people are waiting in their vehicles below for something to happen because they don't know how to actually capture it, something went wrong in explaining the game. | ||

It looks like Rah will have an outfit covered on US East on the TR side, we still might get some EU going. So if you want to dive into this free-to-play game, please respond and post here, because it seems awfully quiet compared to the awesomeness this game is about to deliver. | ||

On another note, SoE was planning on decreasing the amount of time to acquire weapons by about 30%. It should be less grindy for weapons at release than the last few days of beta. | ||

I'd like to try US East but if there's constantly 100ms or more lag then that's not so funny in a shooter :-[ For EU, it appears Woodman will be empty, as all the outfits are going to Miller. It'd be one hell of a ride on that server. | ||

Don't get me wrong, I thought it was fun, I want this to be good, but there were so many weird bugs and glitches that there's no way in hell they'll have a smooth stable game before (and this is me being optimistic) sometime next year. | ||

perhaps something that would somehow let you gain xp faster? share your secrets! I must say getting the 'spawn units from sunderer' skill could be kind of neat to go first, it gives 2 xp per spawn, not bad if you set up shop in a crowded contested area | ||
