So I agree with you that it's annoying, but in the grand scheme of things, it is a minor bug. They will fix it, but they have other MAJOR priorities like performance to tackle first. I think the best thing to is just remain calm and wait a little bit. Annoying? Yes. Understandable? Also yes. | ||

My first spawn in beta I spawned right in front of a tank as it was moving toward me, whoops ~_~; Bear's first spawn of hitting an airplane and dying still takes the cake, though. | ||

I haven't had any trouble with the client crashing, hoping the bug won't affect me though. I'm debating whether to hold out and hope for a good deal on the Infiltrator pistol, or to just buy the Parallax sniper right now and not worry about the deals. Since it's only one a day and I have limited funds there isn't a big reason to try to wait, but I'm going to be frustrated if something I wanted goes on sale big time right after I bought it =/ | ||

Ever. Actually there are nice ways to break those. Earlier today i was fighting for a Tech Leb as a Zergling and we managed to break in through the backdoor with 2 full shieldbreak sunderers and took out the shield generator that way. Sadly the zerg didn't push in and it was all for naught, but in an organized platoon, it would have worked perfectly. | ||

As a thank you for your patience during our growing pains, the servers are coming down at 8:30 AM PT for a brief update to begin a double experience weekend. There was a server restart on Miller a few minutes ago, so i think double XP has started. Time to conquer! I played the game for less than two hours, and it was absurdly easy to get headshots and killing sprees with infiltrator. | ||

To fix the crashes you have to set your virtual memory to approximately 8GB (at least that fixed it for me). There is a thread on the ps2 forums somewhere where this is described in detail. | ||
