Remember, it's called a load order for a reason. Don't just list all the mods you have; list them in the order your game has them loaded, from top to bottom.

It said 0 errors I think it was the fx enhance shader, it had a speedhack on in its pref.ini which makes no sense. IT could be immersive Animations I uninstalled active mods, but I dunno if it removes them all cleanly

Oh, and about uninstalling mods. NEVER EVER EVER EVER PERMANENTLY UNINSTALL AND REMOVE MODS ON A SAVE YOU PLAN TO CONTINUE USING! ALWAYS MAKE A NEW SAVE IF YOU PLAN ON SWITCHING OUT MODS! Unlike in Oblivion and Fallout, mod data is stored in a Skyrim save. If you uninstall a mod, especially one with many scripts, the data from that mod will be "baked" into the save, causing errors and potential corruption down the line. As a rule, once you've installed a mod on a Skyrim save, you're stuck with that mod, and it's a very bad idea to remove it. This doesn't apply to purely graphical mods (like HD replacers) or basic follower mods (that don't use non-vanilla scripts), and doesn't really matter if you uninstall a mod only to reinstall it later, but anything else will bork your save down the road.

Let me try it now. yep, still doing it. Is it because I loaded the same save or what? The running has a bit of jitter to it where it's too much shaking.

Uninstall ALL mods that you have loaded, including any files that you manually added to your Data folder in the Skyrim directory. Ensure that the only files in your Skyrim directory are from the vanilla game. Then, reinstall all of your mods. Run BOSS after you've installed them to optimize your load order. At this point, load Skyrim, and at the main menu where you select character saves, open the console with the tilde (~) key. Type in the following command: coc whiterun Hit enter to execute it, and you'll load on the White River bridge southeast of Whiterun. Your character will be a developer tester character used for E3 and stuff. Try running and sprinting, and see if the problems persist even on that character. If not, your conflict has been resolved, so you can start a new save game from Helgen and play. If they do persist, then I'm not really sure what to do, and you might need to get some support from someone else. Hope this helps!

Now I'm just looking to buff up the beauty of this game because right now, it still feels kinda... blocky. http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/631913116769346599/6E546D1936F27FA0FCA21A6985EEB23212E8BF6A/

That's a big issue with Skyrim right now, the inability to really change animations any further than most modders have. I usually stay away from them if at all possible because they normally screw up, and it's a pain to get it to work.

There are tons of great ENBs on the Skyrim Nexus, so browse around for screenshots to see what tickles your fancy. You'll need a pretty high-end computer to run some (hell, most) of them, but if you have the computing power, they're pretty awesome. Otherwise, you may just want to spend time finding the best HD retexture mods you can. The Fore's New Idles utility is a very effective tool that's easy to install and use. Just spend a couple of minutes reading the instructions for FNIS, and you'll have no more issues with animations.

Check my mod list, I think I already have a good amount of ENB, right? I think my CPU is mid-level, nothing amazing.

Is WATER, Climates of Tamriel and HD stuff count? I also have the Immersive collection and Dynamo - Depth of Field, Ice. Ah, it's not in the list, but I had to manually put in: Skyrim Enhanced Shaders FX 2-0 Preview 6 - ENB 13713-822-FXPrev2

Otherwise I recommend sharpshooters enb. Almost all enbs don't install through the mod manager, google it out.

An ENB is a very specific type of graphical mod that focuses on post-processing; they are often far more graphics-intensive than a generic graphics mod. Should I removed enhanced shaders or can I add another one on top of this? I can only do Very High quality with this ENB (there's ultra and ludicrous) any suggestions?
