I'd have like the most pimped out little bed and litter box ever! lol, I wouldn't mind either that or Black Marsh....wait, now that I think of it, Black Marsh would be neat, and a stark change of scenery from the last two games. With the Argonian's conquest of Morrowind Black Marsh may also be pretty interesting. I hate the high elves though so I'd rather battle them.
What about Hammerfell? True, Daggerfall was set there, but it only included the northern quarter or so of the province. And Redguard doesn't count. The territory (Mixed desert and mountains, with some jungle towards the south) is different from any previous TES game, and has a lot of potential for cool landscaping. And, of course, Hammerfell's disputed between the Thalmor and the Empire. Might be a cool place for the sequel. Although it's a bit early to be thinking about that.
Also, what do you guys think about Solstheim for an expansion? It's changed a lot since Bloodmoon because all the Dark Elves ran there after Red Mountain blew its top. Could be a setting for an interesting conflict between the native Nords, Dunmer refugees, Argonian invaders (seeking revenge for slavery?) and Imperials doing...something. Only problem with Solstheim that I can is that its climate/terrain is too similar to Skyrim's for a truly unique expansion. Although Dunmer architecture and some stuff about climate shifts involving ash from Red Mountain could alleviate that somewhat.

Elswyr is the most likely als Talmor play a big part in this story and yet they're not really present.

Just finished up all the achievements on 360 Was a pretty brutal slug toward the end selling my stuff, waiting 24 hours, selling, waiting urgh. Clocked in at about 88 hours and I loved every second of it.
Aside from the unarmed badass, are there any more clever character classes people have come across? I played pretty generic One handed/destruction into archery on my first playthrough. Looking for something a little more varied now

Finally got somekind of difficulty for master after people in here suggested some mods. Thank you for those, still not as tough as I would prefer, but I guess since the mods are currently evolving more and more maybe one day I will get mod where I will die instantly if skeleton even touches me : )

I'm playing on master with no mods. When a stupid skeleton hits me it takes half of life for me, isn't that like hard enough for you? What are you wearing?
I feel like the difference between difficulty levels is made in a bad way. The only thing that changes is how much damage they deal and how much damage you deal. You don't get more opponents and neither do they fight better. So the skyrim difficulty setting is nothing more than setting a handicap.

So far I have been speccing into 1 handed, 2 handed, heavy armour, archery, restoration and smithing, but I also have decent levels in enchantment and speech.
For 1 handed been using Dawnbreaker for quite a while, mostly dual wielded but I got an ebony shield from a chest so now I use that. 2 handed is for an ebony warhammer (Used to be axe of whiterun lol) Heavy armour for a combo of Orchish/Ebony Archery with mostly elven bows and various arrows (I hoard them, everything from iron to glass to elven) Restoration from healing obviously, but it is usually just for battles when I have no health pots left Smithing to improve weapons, right now powerleveling to at least 50 with iron daggers.
Enchantment is so high because I have a habit of buying too many filled soul gems, and speech is high because I sell a lot of crap

Without out a doubt, the greatest video and mod this game will ever see
Edit: Damn, a repost. But the macho-man dragon mod made me cry I was laughing so hard

Are people just saying they want this game to be impossible to play, or just blowing smoke for e-peen purposes? O_o I tried out master and it felt very tough if your not trying to use enchantments/smithing and carry tons of health potions. Why would anyone have fun getting hit with one arrow and having to reload there last save? I've seen so many of those posts but didn't wanna bring it up.

Also, whats with this talk of the next setting of TES VI. Am I alone in hoping for all of Tamriel gets mapped out? drooooool. Think of the epic possiblities. The way the world could change based on your actions.

With a little help from the modding community that should be possible

Well I mean there were people who liked to PvP in Diablo II well playing hardcore
Some people just like being able to say they did X I guess, even if takes 10x more effort for an extra achievement or whatever

Thanks -- that was the best laugh I've had in a long time.

I think the inevitable expansion will be in the Summerwind Isles (Alinor). The Thalmor are the evil empire expanding across Tamriel, and I'm assuming that lore-wise for the expansion that Ulfric's rebellion is successful. And that, along with the assassination of the Emperor, will bring Skyrim and Cyrodiil into open conflict with the Aldmeri Dominion again.

For an expansion? Historically, Bethesda has set its add-ons in areas relatively close to the main game and the add-ons never forced any particular main quest choice onto the player. I just don't see what you're describing happening in an expansion.

Glad to see you work at Bethesda and know what's up, maybe instead of just saying "No you wrong" you could contribute something.

quite possibly, yes. but spoiler alert + Show Spoiler + windhelm is taken by the imperials and so they now have no headquaters, it may not matter and you talk about the assassination of the emperor, this only happens to those who join the dark brotherhood, but like i said, it may not matter, but it might (although very slim i think) and that's why I mention it... P.S do you think bethesda go around reading threads like these for ideas?

Recently, I've been seeing more of that little bug that causes NPCs to not equip armor and clothing in their inventory. Being accosted by a bunch of naked bandits is approximately 75% less frightening than it would be if they had their pants on.
Speaking of which, I was approached a couple of minutes ago by a courier wearing no clothing. He said he had a package for me. My eyes only.
-_-

Really wanted my new Khajiit character to have a fellow kitty spouse, why oh why are there none you can marry? TT Hope when mod kit thing hits that will be one of the first things they add.
