That's not a ram issue, skyrim works fine on ps3 with only 256 mb ram. 4GB skyrim doesn't fuck with the game at all, it just creates a separate launcher that can be ignored if it shouldn't work. http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1013

I think I still have to do the one where you give the guy all your shit so u can sneak into a party or smth

A lvl 54 theif and a lvl 36 warrior All of them have completed the main quest and I'm pretty sure I have completed all the major sidequest story-lines... And I want MOOAAAAR! ;> Goddamn game is not big enough! :D Funny thing is I'm still finding completely new shit everytime I play through it...Just want more of the longer storylines ![]()

I loled through adapt, thought I'd give it a shot on expert but decided to go master. It's not much worse than expert is but it's lots of fun.

You can potentially refine armor several times, as it allows you to do so whenever your skill is modified to be higher. There's no step higher than Legendary, but there are several grades within Legendary that you can hit with 100 skill, the perk for that material, and equipment/potions that fortify Smithing. The absolute best you can get is to use enchanting/alchemy to make five pieces of gear with +29% Alchemy on them (Falmer Helmets are compatible with Circlets and Krosis, in addition to the gloves, ring, and necklace), which you use to make a +37% to Enchanting potion, which you use to make four pieces of gear with +29% to Smithing, and potions with +147% to Smithing. Then you use all of the above to upgrade your armor and weapons and thrill to the thought of walking through the game on Master Difficulty like it's on Easy. And those items are still considered Legendary even though they're oftentimes several orders of magnitude more powerful than legitimately Legendary items.

Depending on what archetype your character is, weapons of Soul Trap set to 1 second with a Grand Soul Gem (skill and perks are irrelevant) will basically give you a tool to use to constantly get gems filled. Just get the death blow with this weapon and let the rest take care of itself. Buy any empty Petty, Lesser, and Common gems you find on vendors, and keep a modest supply of grand and greater empties around too. Buy empty Black gems whenever possible. The easiest places to get Greaters and Grands are from Giants and Mammoths respectively. Petties are best acquired from goats/foxes/elk/deer/bunnies out in the world, as well as Skeletons in places like the Whiterun Hall of the Dead. Black gems can be filled with any soul taken from a humanoid character of a playable race, regardless of relative difficulty or strength, and are always considered Grand for purposes of enchanting. Just make sure to keep an eye on how many empty Petty/Lesser/Common gems you have left and stop mowing down critter-level mobs out in the world when you fill them all up, or else you'll end up cramming petty souls into your higher grade gems. Nothing sucks worse than a Grand gem with a Petty soul in it. Damn goat didn't need a mansion in the afterlife, it's a fucking goat! That brings up a funny tangent. Enchanted gear should have some connection to the soul used to make it. I wanna swing a sword and hear a Mammoth trumpet. Or hear 'Baaaaaaahhhh' when I sell that Goat-souled iron dagger to that asshole Bersi in Riften. Yeah I busted your urn, SUP SON?

Only thing I hate is Windhelm's crappy weather. Honeyside has 4 weapon plaques, 2 maniquins, 2 weapon racks, enchanting, alchemy, a backdoor to the worldmap, and close proximity to high gold thieves guild merchants/fences. It is also the second cheapest house. Best pick imo.

He`s a Breton Archer/Enchant/Alchemy/Smithing/Conjuration/One handed/Light Armor/Sneak/Werewolf type of guy ![]() I can finally relax and play the game the way I like it, knowing that I have mastered it and not having to worry about getting to a point where I cant progress without reducing difficulty ![]() My gear is all dual enchanted with: 100% reduction in Conj Cost, 40 to magic resistance, 200% damage increase for bows 40% to sneak and 40 to stam regen in total. My bow and dagger both have 1 sec paralyze and soul trap. Quite effective and abusive and makes me not having to worry about recharging them very often.

Actually those 3 chars are played through on adept mage - expert theif - and master warrior How do you play through master? I found that it was really really hard...Until I get my enchantment up then everything becomes a breeze, I feel... Like for instance I had to change from expert to master with my theif when I realised how good enchantment was and it still felt much much easier than expert without enchantment Do you use enchantment or what kind of character do you play on master? I've played a warrior, sneak/mage and normal mage on master and I can say that if you want the game to stay challenging, do not take 100 pt perks (of any tree, pretty much, with a few exceptions) and do not level smithing/enchanting under any circumstances, the high level ones just make the game faceroll on every difficulty, they are way overpowered and the monsters don't scale with them. If you want the full experience I suggest playing without all those, it will make the game a lot more challenging. I leveled enchanting on my warrior and I didn't feel like playing him anymore the day after, don't do it. If you play right you can do the entire game on master difficulty without ever reducing it and without resorting to cheap tricks, but it'll be challenging (which is a good thing, imo), not sure if you can do that on a warrior because you can't avoid a lot of damage but is very possible on a mage/archer Can anyone give tips on an efficient way of collecting and gathering soul gems to level up enchanting. Gold isnt an issue. Is it easier to buy filled gems somewhere. Also, after getting to 100 enchanting what's the best place to get black soul gems. They yield the best enchant for the whole fortify smithing experience right? Easiest way to power level enchanting is to buy all the filled petty/lesser/common gems at the winterhold college, then waiting 48 hours and buying them again (48 hours is the respawn timer on NPCs). There's about 6 NPCs selling soul gems all stacked up in the teachers hall (to the right of the entrance). If you need stuff to enchant you can easily smith it from bought leather/iron. Can't recommend powerleveling it (or leveling it at all) unless you want the game to become very easy, though.

What I always did was go outside of Whiterun, find a nice stream and run along it. You're bound to meet mudcrabs, wolves, and the occasional sabertooth or bear. After that, go back to Farengar's enchanting table and start enchanting your daggers. Highly suggest you only perk up *up to two* of the enchanting/alchemy/smithing. Game gets too easy. I usually see Black Soul Gems in necromancer dungeons. Also I think Erntheir, that Bosmer at the College of Winterhold selling Black Soul Gems at a premium. You can also use the Black Star if you want to go back and forth. I always have a town guard stored in it. ![]()
