I fought some Flame Atronachs and I heard there are Storm and Fire ones aswell. Who can teach me this spell, does anyone know? Ice Atronachs can beat up dragons on expert fairly easily while you sit there and twiddle your thumbs, so they are pretty good . Winterhold College is the best bet, he can teach you revenant spell and ice atronach and fire too. Though fire is quite shit compared to ice!

There is no level scaling if I recall correctly. As long as you make the right poisons, you should be just fine at killing shit. You should have quite high stealth crits as well. Uh. Every enemy scales afaik; bandits start becoming bandit outlaws/highwaymen/etc. They don't start pimping out enchanted daedric bows but they still scale with your level. No, this is wrong. I was still seeing regular bandits that I can one shot at level 30. I even remember seeing a loading screen that says, "There is no level scaling so watch out where you go!" in the beginning of the game. Yup I had to sneak past 2 giants while stealing mammoth cheese on the way to doing the Tree rejuvination quest (cant remember name of the tree in whiterun >_>) I was at level 9 and was crazy scared LOL. Also, I went through a cave and on the other side 2 blood dragons while on the same quest. Not to mention how The first step of that quest and the + Show Spoiler + Hagraven. I thought it was some lady named hargraven so I stealthy snuck up to the perch and then when she turned around and started throwing fireballs at me I flipped out and promptly died lol. Had to shoot 30 arrows into her because she would go make potions and heal herself at an alchemy table. Yes, the AI did that ![]()

It seems that when I press Tab to bring up the Item or Spell menu, I get a heavily delay in mouse movement. I'm pretty sure the same thing happens when I'm actually playing too, although it's less noticeable. But the weird thing is that response time becomes perfectly normal when I'm at the title screen or have my Quest log opened, aka the Esc key. Yes, I'm indeed using a wireless mouse and keyboard, but the amount of lag I get is highly significant for that to be the problem imo. Could there be a graphics issue related to this? I'm running on a Nvidia GeForce GT 520....

I'm running on a Nvidia GeForce GT 520.... Go into options in game and disable the 360 gamepad controller option. Its enabled by default and causes input lag for Mouse and Keyboard. It doesn't fix it completely but it helps immensely. You still get the Y axis sensitivity based on FPS bug though :/

Anyone else feeling the same way? You are going to level up really slowly and not get max skill on anything if you keep that up. :/ Why not focus on archer/Sneak then choose a support role and an armour type. Im doing light armour, high hp low stamina decent magicka. I am focusing on archery/sneak -- I really only want the damage ups for bows and small blades (dagger ftw) -- full sneak. Im going for poison alchemy specifically as my support and I want to have one destruction magic tree (idk if I should do fire ice or shock yet) just for some dps because once I am found Im gonna have a hard time killing anything without being a conjurer (which I don't find fun). I am playing with some low level illusion spells though before I choose a destruction route. I don't think I need it though because I don't want to be a thief so no need to be invisible or run or anything I just like sneaking and softening everything up before blasting it with flames if need be ![]() I thought I was doing too much but block, sneak and magic? dude. HAve fun :D

From what I have played dual wield is really bad until you get the flurry skill since your attacks are no faster dual wielded vs single weilded right away you just do more DPS.

There were 2 dragons there, but I had aggroed a giant beforehand so the giant was attacking my horse, while the dragons were attacking the giant and I was attacking the dragons. Pretty sick fight, but I had to use like 20 potions ![]() Dark brotherhood was pretty fun to play as a 2h warrior + Show Spoiler + During the wedding mission I literally just charged in and started killing people Kind of wish that I had gone with a mage as I just enjoy the mechanics more and cba chugging health potions all the time. Smithing was way too easy to level up to 100 and imo the recipee's should require more stuff to make. Because you only need like 15 dragon bone/scales and boom you got one the best heavy armor sets in the game. Playing 2-handed feels like it's the hardest specc though? It is insanely hard for me to kill trolls/anything that hits hard while close.

HAve fun :DI've been doing One-handed/Sneak/Destruction/Conjuration/Archer/Light and I havn't run into any problems that couldn't be solved 40 hours in. Playing on second-highest difficulty tho I'd imagine the higherst would be interesting.

I've no idea if it's the hardest since i havent played them all (who has really) but yeah i've noticed the same thing that you take a lot of damage when you don't actually 1-2 shot the enemy and it's hitting back.

Seriously I think part of the fun is building a character and knowing gear you want is so cool for planning. Next character I am totally planning it out in detail and going for it lol with an endgame in mind.
