I remember watching Day [9] visiting that place in level 4/5 'ish. THAT is rushing it

So has anyone had the issue of bodies disappearing?
One of my companions died while fighting a random dragon encounter. I dragged her body near the main road close to an abandoned fort and looted as much of my stuff out of it as I could. After a trip to town, I returned and couldn't find her body, which was very disappointing since I was using the companion as a sort of pack mule to store ingots, leather, and some enchanted 2-handed weapons.
Maybe I'm not looking hard enough; maybe I'm too tired after 8 hours of playing. However, I looked around the fort several times and was unable to locate the body.

Wow I just realized this thread has now been going on for just about a year. I hope everyone in here is very happy with their purchases... One of my roommates just got this game and he's been playing it nonstop ever since! Skipped all classes etc. This game must really be great, hopefully it's closer to how Morrowind (loved that game) was in terms of customization and profoundness in case I ever get a chance to start a character on Skyrim

Dragon Scales/Bones take up SO much weight in your inventory. Christ, I just found a random house and dumped them off there.
I'll definitely be using them next playthrough for Dragon Armor in Smithing, but until then. Ugh.

Well guys... the interface isnt that bad... and I am able to click everything by mouse... so I have no idea what ppl are talking about.
Im just glad my PC is running this at max settings with constant +60 fps... game looks great and runs great. So far, i love the new forging system, but there are some parts i dislike.
The game seems harder than oblivion, mobs are tougher and meeting dragon head to head in the wilderness has given be a headache at lower lvls. I was able to lure him to a nearby town to shoot him down, it looks like I just need a 'dummy target' to kill dragons easier. I am lvling sneak/archery and not sure if ill be putting more to destruction or one handed... my first plan was an assassin, but it looked like a joke of an idea after crawling through early stage of the dungeons. Playing at a hard difficulty sure makes the mobs hit reeally hard!
by the way... Where the hell is the warrior's guild!!

I was going to skip this since I own New Vegas on PS3 and I did not like it and kinda stopped playing for some time now, to revisit later. However, the hype is so huge around this game and also I watched the Day9 playing it, made me feel curious about it, so I bought it today. I hope I enjoy it, I'm thinking to go for a mage build.
By the way, I'm kinda used to the game's style from Fallout NV, but still, the difficulty level at the moment is Adept. Is it too easy, it is noobish, should I go for expert or master? What I like for my first playthroughs for a new game is something that can challenge me while not being too hard. For example, DA2, I started Hard the first time, then finished it on Nightmare for twice. Deus Ex HR, I finished it first on middle difficulty, then started a new one on Give me Deus Ex. So, what is that difficulty for this game, is Adept allright, or Expert is the one I'm looking for? I'm assuming Master is for really master players, so I'm not setting my eyes on that unless the game is already easy on the other difficulties.

Totally agree,
I was over encumbered so quickly that i dropped my 'other' weapons instead to travel to sell off some stuff. I couldnt throw them out cuz im sure you will be able to make good armor from it... but not sure if i can make light armor..

Played for 4-5 hours, so far it's the best game i've ever played. Keyboard/mouse controls are awkward though so i plugged in an xbox360 controller. So if you have got one lying around use it, if not buy one! it plays so much better with a controller.

Just so people know, a friends of mine whom I've been playing with was having some random game crashes yesterday, and we passed over an hour trying to find a fix for it.
It appears that it was Octoshape plugin that was interfering with the game in some ways, so closing the application before running the game fixed it right away.
He wasn't able to play for more than 2-3mins without the game bringing him back to desktop without even an error message.
Anyway, if this can help someone...

After 15h+ what can I say? Great game, I got 0 problems with mouse/keybord control (people were crying and I dont see anything bad or akward with controls.
I dont like the "inventory" and item menus, trading with companions ect. When your an alchemist and got 50+ diffirent pots it takes a minuter to find pot you want... adding to favorites is ok but when you realize you would have to put 40+ things there it would mess the favortie list anyways...
Game crashed 2 times, once when i alt+tab and second one when I used "fast travel", no error messega just deskop drop, its still huge improvement to Oblivion that was fatal erroring every 10minutes after release.

Your looking for expert IMO, im playing it on expert atm and it gives me quite the challenge - Going into dungeons isnt just whack a mole lol, if i get more then 1-2 mobs it turns into a shitfest with my running away dual healing myself.
EDIT: Note to self, try to dual wield shields :D

I play expert mage and I seriously consider starting again with lower difficulty... mage kinda suck...
+ High burst dmg + Rune defensive spells + very effective vs 1-2 monsters
- Uneffectve vs bosses or hard mobs - After 6 spells your oom - You die after 3 hits because you got low hp and almost no armor - Even with high alchemy you drink so much pots that Im always low with restoration pots - Pertty bad comapnion IQ makes mage play harder, since they should be a meat shield...

Well, I can understand why the companions aren't as keen to be the meat shield, because I normally blast them with my spells just as much as the enemy :p

Ive got a huge problem with carry weight, ive killed 3 dragons and looted all the scales and bones. Only the 7 bones and 9 scales gives almost 200 carry weight. How does people deal with this problem?

There is none. The skyrim equivalent is the Companions, in Whiterun.
PLOT SPOILER + Show Spoiler +The companions can make you a werewolf, too.
