when the game starts and I click "new" it just instantly closes. Any ideas? It defaulted my graphics on everything maxed so I don't think its a computer issue. | ||

Has nothing to do with damange. It's just weight for your encumberance. Weight TL:DR; All items have a weight, you can carry X weight before you are encumbered. Your EQUIPPED items have a total weight. Total weight EQUIPPED is directly related to running speed. Heavy armor + heavy weapon = slower character. Light armor + light weapon = faster character. Weight of a weapon has no difference in your damage. Swing speed maybe but I haven't verified that anywhere, nor can I find anything that says anything related to that. | ||

Maybe being an archer in full plate isn't the best idea. And if anyone didn't know, it seems things in this game are mortally afraid of water. I kited a giant to death by walking back and forth knee deep into the river and killing with a bow. Then did the same to a troll that regenerated health too fast. | ||

There's a dead mage in one of the cells, you the lockpicks right nearby to open it up and you loot him and get a spell book for Sparks. | ||
