Most people are building large towns together, and generally welcome any help. Some groups of players are working on large projects. Community events are something I'm working on setting up, but for the time being people are hanging out at the spleef arenas and the casino some. Also depends on when you join, too. Certain times of the day have more people on (or more vocal people, I should say) and it's easier to find something to do. Right now there are 28 people online, but most people are working in their respective towns so there aren't too many "floaters" that are looking for something to help out with. Probably a bad time to start up a brand new project and ask for help. On the other hand, it's probably a great time to offer assistance to others. Any recommendations on community events/projects you'd like to see? Would be very easy to organize and start something, but most people seem content doing their own thing at the moment so I have been tending to other issues. I could easily get something going, though. We had a giant Command Center on our last server that was being built (it's on here too, but the creator doesn't seem to log in much at the moment so it's really unfinished). @Scythe - That's really up to the individual towns. Some might want you to help out with upkeep on the town in order to be a resident. Others might just let anyone stick a small hut there and never show up again. Most of them are themed, so would probably require you to build a certain style, but I don't think any would say you can't build elsewhere, too. Also, new 2D map added to the OP. This will be updated every day. | ||

look for kimtaeyeon in-game for a resort tour, we can set it up as a town so we can get free warps as mr. serajai requested townspeople do so warps become a privilege and not just a freebie | ||

Server can stay up during a render. The process basically involves me downloading all the world files from the server, then rendering it here on my home PC, then uploading it to my webserver. Then render itself isn't much of an issue, but to upload it to my webserver I have to shut down all traffic on my network... which is hard to do because I'm usually doing something important that requires internet access. I *should* be able to do one today. | ||

the smi hq smee highway now meets up with the entrance to the underground city of crazytown in the sparsely settled western lands. the highway is gonna stretch to the big castle on the lake and will cross the river in anticipation of the new biomes at the nearby map edge. | ||
