The deck I want to test if I had the time is Genesis Wave RG. The other would be WB Pox tokens. Kind of want to do something with the whole Burning Vengence engine too but thats gonna be four colors with todays environment.

Also why don't more Zombie decks run Lilianna? pitching gravecrawlers seems like a fair trade for epic board presence.

Because you want to play Gravecrawlers turns 1 and 2 and attack, not save them to discard turn 3. You are an aggro deck.

It doesnt matter if they're in you hand if you have azombie on board so dropping a Lily and pitching it to cast it later seems fine to me. was playing UB control and tapped out for batterskull for him to drop a lily which took over the game. Took me by surprise and that surprise ended up winning him the game. And after some thought the inclusion of such a powerful effect seems really good right now.

Lily is great against UB in the Zombies build until the board in which case I would play Smallpox over it. Countering a turn 2 smallpox (they basically lose if they don't) pretty much puts most UB opening hands in a weird situation. It honestly depends on the UB build, if they main Lily, she's terrible (you really want to spend your turn 3 playing a lily to kill theirs or vice versa?) if they board out lily, you can blow them out with it on turn 3. Otherwise, it's just meh, extreme variation in success, but still meh. Speaking of which, mono-red pretty good in the current meta, expect to see that deck to re-appear with some vengeance.

Do you guys have any sources (hopefully official ones) that specifically say that? This one guy played Blade Splicer with another one on the field, and he is getting 2 tokens instead of just one that you two have stated. We stopped the game and if I were able to prove him wrong in the future, he waged me(with witnesses) for one free slap on the face and I really do wish to perform that task. lol

Text that refers to the object it’s on by name means just that particular object and not any other objects with that name, regardless of any name changes caused by game effects. Basically, the card's name in the text box is shorthand for "this card." "when ~this card~ enters the battlefield, ..." Unfortunately it is a little hard to explain other than to say, it works like the people in this thread are telling you.

201.4 pretty much clears this up....found here: http://wiki.mtgsalvation.com/article/Name If your friend is still unconvinced: 603.6a Enters-the-battlefield abilities trigger when a permanent enters the battlefield. These are written, "When [this object] enters the battlefield, ..." or "Whenever a [type] enters the battlefield, ..." Each time an event puts one or more permanents onto the battlefield, all permanents on the battlefield (including the newcomers) are checked for any enters-the-battlefield triggers that match the event. Notice the bracketed words and the differences between them, this object means just this object. Your friend is thinking of the latter. The last part of that ruling refers to things like Genesis Wave were multiple permanents are being put into play at once (at once as defined by the game). This is all taken from the Comprehensive FAQ (aka level 1 judge level stuff).

Just by reading my name, you should be able to realize that I am not the person you are trying to refer. However on the subject of smallpox, it really depends on the type of deck is being constructed. Smallpox in MBC = excellent choice of card, Smallpox in decks that uses lifegain as the primary method of winning is not so ideal.
