They happen about every 3hours for all 3 world dragons. Shatterer, Jormag and Teqa (who you fought). Basically kill them and note the time, come back 3hours later and do it again.

The spawn time is different for each dragon and server. As well as the one that you found, there is The Shatterer in the Blazebridge Steppes and I think an ice dragon somewhere in one of the Shiverpeak zones. There might be more dragons, but I haven't bumped into them yet, though there are some equally epic bosses that aren't dragons like the Fire Elemental or the Shadow Behemoth.

Tequatl and the Claw of Jormag have a forced spawn at 3:30 CEST each day and then respawn 2h30min after death.
The Shatterer first spawn a 4:00 CEST and respawns 3h after death.

I played the original Guild Wars when it came out for a bit, but haven't played it since, and recently heard alot about GW2, is it similar to the original?

I killed some of you guys! <-Northern Shiverpeaks
You guys are crafty and scrappy I'll give you that. WvW is fun when winning or being stomped but it's kinda dull when you hit stalemates of no one able to push or take anything substantial but that doesn't seem to happen for too long from my experiences.

ok why did it switch my server again
how does this overflow shit work exactly?

oh nevermind the little bit of gold i had is gone now. yeah so my account was definitely hacked. and there is 0 reason it should be hacked i read something online about arenanet fucking up and getting hacked and people stealing account info. so yeah i guess that happened to me.

GW2 is completely different from the original one. There's so many differents things that I won't list them here because it would take too much time. If you want more infos just look on the wiki or some gameplay videos. One thing for sure is that its a HUGE upgrade from the original and A LOT more fun to play.

iunno about this...Teq's timer is 2:45 for me. And Claw is 2 hours for the preevent from death. Shat is 3 hours from death to start the pre-event.

Never heard anything about an Arenanet security breach(generally they have to state it those kind of things for legal reasons fyi), I did however hear about several fan sites being hacked and email/passwords from those sites being used on gw2 accounts and working. And as stated below an email should of been sent locking anyone from another region out until you confirmed it was you via email.

Theres a lot of things I think arena net royally fucked up on but account security isn't one of them

Yeah seriously I got assigned a new IP address from my ISP and I was still required to approve the login from the new IP addy despite it being the same computer with my login info saved. So unless that portion of the security failed I'm not sure how that happened

It is completely different, but at the same time i feel a likeness to when i played the first. Its still just as brilliant as it was, if not more.
If you loved GW1, you'll love this, even though it is very different.
Yes, i am a huge gw1 fanboy.

Ok this is starting to annoy me slightly, why does my char select screen refuse to acknowledge that I have 100% world even though I evidentially do? I mean it says so in-game and I've gotten the rewards and all but not on the log-in screen and it's been that way for many days now :s

Same for me, doesn't count some portion somewhere. I've got 82% world completion and it says I only have 78%.

A lot of people have been saying they've completed 100% but the loading screen still saying 96-99%. Just a hunch, but I think it might be connected to the "Explorer" achievements obtained by actually revealing all the areas of the map. Not every explorable section actually needs to be revealed to complete all the hearts/poi's etc, I know because I've missed some myself and I'm on 99% in game, missing only one bugged Orr SP, but 98% on character select. I was planning to test the theory, but I cba moving my character from the SP in Orr until it's fixed. In GW1 the exploration titles were earned by actually revealing all of the map itself, so that's where I got the idea from. But yeah, just a hunch.
