I've a lot of troubles with this class aswell, expect i'm using scepter because i feel like it has a lot of controls... And I do like that speed buff too. I'm still trying to figure out what's doing the most dps, but so far it seems like it's the sword. But i hate having to get close to the ennemies T_T | ||

I was too used to WoW where I just did the quests and expected to be a high enough level for the next area. Gather resources like ores and wood, do skill challenges, find points of interests, do every dynamic event you stumble upon. A lot of dynamic events are actually series, so if you finish an event, see if there will be another related event. Even failing a dynamic event can lead to another event.
