Last time i checked, Umbreon and Jolteon are the only 2 Eeveelutions on OU. (that was during DPP) That, and when i used to play, i met Umbeon on teams all the time in OU fights @ Shoddy Battles. Oh, and i would replace "Wishpassing" with Mean Look passing . Of course, all irrelevant in PvE context. But then most other things are | ||

Well i weren't that good, so maybe the top guys don't play Umbeon in the Baton Pass teams. But at my level seeing it on teams is a relatively common occurence. | ||
