I can't seem to find any game, no matter what difficulty I select There's probably not too many low level public games since most players just get powerleveled now and can't be bothered to actually level up themselves when it takes under an hour to get to 70 from powerleveling. | ||

I can't seem to find any game, no matter what difficulty I select public games are unpopular. look for communities (e.g., bounties, rifts, greater rifts, ubers) if you want to play with other people. however, most of those communities are 70+ as valiver said. there is also a powerleveling community if you want to just jump to 70. | ||

I can't seem to find any game, no matter what difficulty I select the general interest level in the game craters as you go deeper into seasons. your best bet at starting a new character is early in a new season. but yea you can find leveling parties through communities. there's a tl clan on the NA server but the last time i logged in i saw no one online lol. | ||

To expand on it, you can powerlevel to max level in under an hour. As nothing you find below max level is particularity useful at max level, most people just powerlevel and start a new character there, | ||

There is no excitement, as you know exactly what will happen as you level up: you'll kill monsters, get XP and find some items that you will 100% discard once you hit 70. When you play at lvl 70, you can find that uber BiS that you will change your life for months any second. It's a world of difference. | ||
