If you go in client you can see leaderboards. As a guess, rift HP goes up by ~20% per level, damage by ~10%(geometric series). Top solos I'd guess would cap out at around 35(you start getting oneshot without cooldowns at around 25-30). Group would probably be around the 45-50 range legit, although currently there are people abusing various things.

Leaderboards are currently worthless, so there is nothing to learn from looking at them.
There is a bug right now that allows people to create level 1 greater rifts, and then run with their lvl 70 characters. So basically, all the top leaderboard players are illegitimate until Blizzard fixes this.

Highest wizard without exploits looks to be at 33, monk is 35ish, barb is 35, sader is 35-37? WD is 41?, but iirc pets are invincible atm, DH is like 36 or 37(but they can get invincibility through beckon sail being bugged).
Once they iron out the bugs and various abuses(you can TP to town to swap for furnace for example), I think absolute top end will be in the 35-38 range depending on class. In groups you may see one or two people run 4p asheara's just for the bulkatho's/SoJ templar, and the furnace enchantress.

Yeah I'm looking through, and checking times and gear to see what could be legitimate. The WD time is either 36 or 41, because the 41 unequipped almost everything, except for a trifecta T&T and very well rolled unity so I'm inclined to believe that he may have a good SMK as well, so it could very well be legitimate.
Legendary gems also change this picture quite a bit, they aren't currently implemented, so that could change things.

Where is my Starmetal?

They need to put a limit on EP and The Furnace. Seriously, this is ridiculous right now. Infinitely scaling damage is a bad idea when you are trying to create competition based on infinitely scaling monster health.
Is there ANYONE in the world who would complain if they capped EP damage at 10 billion damage? Sounds pretty fair to me, and would affect nobody except for people who are cheesing to the top of the leaderboards with EP/rimeheart + The Furnace.

Exploding Palm. It's the offensive skill for ZDPS Monks.

the socket legend isnt as great as thought, but still great
Presently Ramalandi's Gift has an incorrect tooltip and patch note, which makes it very confusing to decipher how it's supposed to work. Also, the item is not yet fully implemented, which means it can't be looted right now (even though it's dropping on the PTR). We're aware of that issue, but we don't have an ETA to share at the moment on when we expect it to be 100% functional.
That said, here's how Ramalandi's Gift is currently intended to work. This is all with the caveat that it's still under development, and potentially subject to change:
It will add a socket to an unsocketed weapon It only works on weapons It will work on enchanted weapons, so long as they don't have a socket It effectively adds an item affix in the form of a socket
Great question! (Or consideration.)
The added socket provided by Ramalandi's Gift cannot be enchanted. You cannot use Ramalandi's Gift on a weapon more than once. Similarly, you cannot use Ramalandi's Gift on a weapon that already has a socket.
You can, however:
Replace a natural socket on a weapon with another primary stat (like VIT or STR or INT), and then use Ramalandi's Gift after. Replace a re-rolled socket on a weapon with another primary stat (like VIT or STR or INT), and then use Ramalandi's Gift after. Enchant a weapon after a socket has been added using Ramalandi's Gift. You just won't be able to re-roll another socket on that particular weapon.
I realize the above may be somewhat confusing, so please let me know if you have any additional questions about this item's functionality.
Edited to add: This is how the item should work under current design. That design may change before PTR ships http://www.diablofans.com/blizz-tracker/topic/55062-ramalandis-gift-clarification
i wish it worked on all items.

Ah okay, only working on weapons changes everything with that. It would be too relied on if it could add sockets to everything. If you added sockets to each slot and used the extra affix properly, you could get: helm = 12.5 cdr ring = 280 main stat x2 rings amulet = 280 main stat x3 chest = 15% skill dmg roll or defense (elite dmg reduc, armor, all resist, maybe life regen since they are buffing it) x2 pants = 15% skill dmg roll or defense wep = 8 cdr or 10%dmg That would just be too much benefit from one type of drop (or however it's obtained).

So is there a list of who is on PTR right now? I'll probably play on there until patch because the new seasons are like a reset anyways...

Serious problem guys, I just got the expansion with hopes of playing my monk, but the game refuses to let me play the new act. Instead it tells me I gotta play from act 1 again, even after 400 hours of play time on the monk and yes I did complete the game multiple times on multiple difficulties.

The problem is only act 1 is available to me, and I really don't feel like completing the whole game once again.
