It apparently drains 0.6% of mobs current hp and regens you 1% of your own max hp. I don't think the regen stacks with itself or anything else, but the damage is quite noticeable the higher up in torment you get. The regen doesn't even show up on the regen tab. Sadly the range seems pretty short, so I'm going close combat with my WD to use it properly. | ||
