jjust tried that route they recommended and it nets a shitton of items also.like 20-35 rares i got in each of the 3 runs i did
And they are all total woth 300k, if not less...i did 10+ runs @ 250 mf @ mp1,0 legs, around 500k from items selling on AH.. also died from boredom doing it. i didnt play this game for 5 months bc i couldnt but i read about it every day and fell in love and now when i can im fucking sick of it....
Epic first post by a user that registered 6 months ago.
No kidding, that's what market deflation and RNG does!
Some math: Diablo 3 was released on May 15. If our favorite 1-post user didn't play this game for 5 months, he only played for 12 days.

Cool story.
That was my same first thought when I read his post XD Just getting back into diablo a bit. I stopped when I hit inferno because I just felt like I did this all before and the only difference was difficulty. They added paragon levels and what this I hear about infernal machines and monster power? Sounds interesting.

Diablo is all about the grinding. Completing Inferno wasn't enough (after a million nerfs, kinda understandable) so infernal machines were added to fight more uber bosses. Then they added more grind through paragon levels, MP, and rolling a perfect Hellfire Ring (mine got 3 useless stats, not even worth equipping -_-).

OP =(
Still stuck with my +damage 220 dex resists hellfire -_-;;; Only reason I still use it is 35% exp, and even a perfectly rolled trifecta would only shave off like 1-2% on my act 3 MP1 runtimes.

Rawr. Do me a favor and use the million keys of yours to open a million portals for me (and carry me thru ubers too), pretty please.
@Burrfoot: In case you haven't realized, Hellfire rings give +35% bonus exp. Stop wasting time theorycrafting (and bombarding every single thread with it) and just go play the game.
I'm having a lot more fun post patch with Monster Power. I can play any Act any still have a chance of getting nice things, and the Infernal Machine gives me something to aim for that's a bit more exciting than "Kill Diablo once on Inferno and never play Act IV again".
I thought I would enjoy it more, actually, but A1/2 seem absolutely empty compared to the runs of A3 I was doing. I loved the setting/theme of A1 in particular, but it's clear it's far less efficient.

I could have done without the fight a Terror Demon for Infernal Machine plans though =p.

A2 can compete with A3 if you have the VoA checkpoint saved. There's nothing as packed as the Keep Depths, but on the plus side there aren't banelings. Then there are a bunch of small zones that are good for an elite or two + goblin spawns (Sewers, Path to Oasis, Black Canyon, Alcarnus). This run is much shorter though, so it does get repetitive.
A1, most people seem to run around Festering Woods (two dungeons with 1 elite each a bunch running around the zone itself plus a chance at one of two events). Then Cemetery is usually a really quick clear. I haven't done Pony land since patch, not sure how that compares though. I'm also not sure if doing Southern Highlands is worth it for the chance at a nerfed watchtower and a guaranteed goatmen dungeon, but probably not.
Of course A1 and A2 keywardens are very annoying to find compared to the A3 warden... but Fields of Misery and Dalgur Oasis have a lot of elites and small dungeons / events as well; so you have lots of barren spots then a huge concentration of stuff which might even out.

LOL, I loved the video. With a bit of magic find on inferno it wasn't uncommon for that thing to give me 1-2k+ gold, but I think a few weeks ago they removed the gold from it. Now it's just an empty box 100% of the time. It took a long time to break the habit of opening it every time I went to get repaired.
Haha, yea that was the repair guy I always used because of that box, now I feel betrayed and purposefully go to the one on the right because there isn't gold in the box!
