Though mostly because legendaries were not mass drops and you were happy finding one, ancient don't really gimme that, maybe they should give differentiate the glow when one drops a bit. But I understand why they got rid of the auction house and then made everything acc bound. Didn't wanted their servers to be full of bots that ruin the economy. Well and they could sell it as we give the communities greatest cry babies what they want pr. | ||

Rares with good stats were what everyone wanted. The only legendaries that were useful were ones like Andariel's that had attack speed on slots that normally don't get them. | ||

I'm also having a hell of a time trying to get an ancient Johannas, I don't think I can push past 52ish solo GR on my crusader until I get an ancient. ~_~ | ||

Then I did try lvl55, I had 3:30min time to kill man carver, he had 25% life left when time ended (I died 3 times to him with his one shot hammer...). | ||

i upgraded rare spear to legend about 20 times, got a few ancient garbage spears, but not ancient scrimshaw. luckily i have about 400 bounty mats now, just need deaths breath and souls, but still annoying that this weekend didnt result in that one item i wanted. bah. with respect to release vs. now, release was too hard, and now is too easy. they need to find a middle ground. | ||

You picked a good time to comeback as Season 4 and patch 2.3 is probably the best the game has ever been. It's not without its faults but it's a great ARPG on the whole. If you like the genre and want to play again, you'll have no issues. I do recommend playing seasonal rather than standard and of course, hardcore. | ||
