also its important to understand how the walljump works mechanic wise. its not some feature like in N-game but a glitch which resets the jump after you "run" in the wall.
so rather jump after running into the wall a bit too long then other way round. wont be perfect/as high but atleast you dont fall all the way down again.

does anybody know what is up with the "hacking" in this game?
in almost every room someone is flying around as he pleases, thus ruining the game
somebody told me they join the game from another URL, does someone here have more information on that?

I've never heard of that.
With regards to controls/wall jumping I'd be careful using the arrow keys, because as far as I know, on most standard keyboards you can't hold up, left, and right at the same time. Obviously you never need to hold even 2 keys down let alone three, but even if you accidently hold them down for a split of a split-second, it could nullify all your input due to key blocking.
Anyway, partially because of that I use WASD, but numpad 4568 works too if you have a program to remap keys like autohotkey. A good use for WASD is when your shaman, you can have your left hand on it (right next to the CVBN keys) and right hand on the mouse.

I can do walljumping Left and Right side (with the arrow keys even) absolutely no problem now. I can do right side with Cheese most of the time but the left side rapes me. Thankfully im at the point where I don't care about cheese gathering and just go for firsts...if I don't make a first and it's not because I lost a close race I simply kill myself.
1st or nothing, plus it forces me to WJ left side with cheese.

I didn't play on TL after I learned that you need at least 11 people to get first cheeses. AFAIK you only need 3 people just to get cheese points though.
