If anyone wants to listen to a piece of advice in this topic, listen to this.
You're all bad. And if you think you're good, you aren't one to make that decision. Mistakes don't come from just one cause. You don't "lose" a game just because a Twisted Fate goes 0-3 in the first 5 minutes, although it sure as fuck contributes. I've read that people advise the way to climb ranked solo is to play a carry. Also, I see people saying that they always lose because of their bad teammates. I'm sure there is going to be variance, and over a sample size, you might lose more games than you actually should. But if you put in the volume and you still are losing all these games because "of those fucking unlucky shitbag teammates" then something is wrong. What is wrong? You are wrong.
Welcome to the Dunning–Kruger effect.

I'm not going to improve by calling my Sion a useless shitfag. Nor am I going to get better by staring at the team Tryndamere constantly tower dive and get fucked to an 0-11 end score. But instead if you play your part and do what your role has to do, you won't end up looking like an asshole moron. To you it appears that your teammates are bad. But the second you start blaming your teammates because you overextend for the poor Tristana trying to steal their red and they get a double kill - you are the one that looks like a complete and total retard.

Personally I complain ALOT when I am in a grumpy mood, and when I am in a good mood I'll be fucking around if my team is losing somewhat hard. Still I cant feel like I am helpless going 9-2-19 as blitz, having more kills than the guy with second most kills, and 6 more assists than the guy with the second most of those. and 6 less death than them all atleast, you cant help but feel a little alone.

Actually, if you actually belong in a higher elo cloud, then it definitely behooves you to pick a carry, because you'll dominate so hard that you'll skip through everything. Now, if you pick a carry and you're not winning, obv you don't belong in a higher cloud.

@Faust's post, lol honestly you wouldn't see this kind of shit happen in real life mostly.
People wouldn't go around cussing people out in a game of pickup basketball because their teammates made a mistake. Especially if those teammates were strangers.
There's no psychological consequence to the actions people make online. The actions they make online has no consequence to themselves or their real life interactions. This in turn leads to people raging hard at teammates they'll never see again.
This makes the internet such a dick place.

I've been meaning to try that, thanks for the reminder.
TBH I think Shen's problems could be solved by 1. reducing all his skill costs by 5-10 energy and 2. reworking Ki Strike's cd reduction. Like: "6 second CD, attacking/using a skill/getting hit by an enemy champ reduces CD by 1 second."

i think scc faust is wrong
unless you have some MONSTER teamfight team (i won a 3v5 with galio/amumu/pirate once), the game is decided in the laning phase. honestly. here's how it works in my experience
there's 3 lanes and a jungle. you need to win at least 2 of those to have a fighting shot at winning the game. you take solo top: your mid gives up first blood and gets zoned from level 2, your bottom pushes the tower too hard and gets double ganked by their jungler, your jungler waits til level 6 to gank without buffs and fails the gank. you can go 5-0 in that lane and you'll still lose the game because you lost 2 lanes and the jungle.
you take the jungle. before you even grab red and get a chance to gank, your bottom lane tries to towerdive kayle and she ends up with a double kill. mid lane is pushed too far for you to gank, and you can't find their jungler until he pops up top and ganks your lane. you can grab dragon every 7 minutes and steal his buffs for the rest of the game, *it won't matter* you "lost" all 3 lanes
these things happen *frequently* at low levels (1100-1300), and there's nothing you can do about it. most players don't know how to slow a snowballing team that gets a tower and a double kill and then just proceeds to take both of the other outer towers while your team shits themselves in terror and bitches to each other. while i agree completely that bitching at your team doesn't help at all, NOT bitching doesn't help either, because bad players will always make the same mistakes over and over
i had more typed but i'm looking like a ranting dick so i will just stop

I'd say they need an initial damage component then, but given that i've already seen people get owned by shroom trains, I don't think i'd like that very much.

Uhhh, I just saw EU as online, logged in, and suddenly I had this box where it prompte me to create a new summoner name? WTF? Closed and restarted launcher, busy again...
Also, some guy named Wickd is streaming on HSGG's stream. Yeah I know he does that sometimes. How good is he supposed to be? Don't know anything him, and seeing the builds of some players there makes me doubt that he's on HSGG's level or even close.

I am the number 1 advocate for energy runes in this thread, and I can say from experience that they aren't enough to solve Shen's energy problems. That and Shen needs his runepage for additional tankage.

dota/LoL/HoN players always have the holier than thou attitude. A lot of this also comes from the nature of the game. These moba games are one of the more competitive team-oriented games out there and the games are usually at least 30-40 minutes long so when you lose, you just wasted 40 minutes of your time and effort.
