It worked for me yesterday... (had to reinstall client and ran into the problem).

These guys are really slow at fixing stuff aren't they? The servers have been down for most of the day with the patch and the summoner profile error.
Hope they get their act together because this if these kind of things happen regularly most people will just say: "Screw you guys, I'm going home". That and I really want to get Olaf.

lol, their tech issues have been around forever and not nearly enough people ever leave to cripple them. yes they should get their act together, but hey at least yesterday was patch day and it was never down when I wanted to play.

You're all bad. And if you think you're good, you aren't one to make that decision. Mistakes don't come from just one cause. You don't "lose" a game just because a Twisted Fate goes 0-3 in the first 5 minutes, although it sure as fuck contributes. I've read that people advise the way to climb ranked solo is to play a carry. Also, I see people saying that they always lose because of their bad teammates. I'm sure there is going to be variance, and over a sample size, you might lose more games than you actually should. But if you put in the volume and you still are losing all these games because "of those fucking unlucky shitbag teammates" then something is wrong. What is wrong? You are wrong.
Welcome to the Dunning–Kruger effect.
People make bad decisions, it happens. In fact I love pointing out people's mistakes all the time. But then I learned to shut the fuck up and watch for my own mistakes. I'm not going to improve by calling my Sion a useless shitfag. Nor am I going to get better by staring at the team Tryndamere constantly tower dive and get fucked to an 0-11 end score. But instead if you play your part and do what your role has to do, you won't end up looking like an asshole moron. To you it appears that your teammates are bad. But the second you start blaming your teammates because you overextend for the poor Tristana trying to steal their red and they get a double kill - you are the one that looks like a complete and total retard.
Most of the time spent playing games with people on Teamliquid is pleasant, but I don't know what it is with the League of Legend SC players that make them rage and feel like they are above all others like no other game. The truth is, people see how you play. They see your k/d/a and ELO. No matter how much you insult other people or think otherwise, you'll always be a reflection of numbers to people. And your attitude just insinuates it even more. So just forget about how good you think you are. Forget about how bad your teammates are. Focus on teamwork and focus on playing your role. Don't pick Kayle just because you want to "climb the ELO with an easy carry". Because, as funny as this sounds, it really doesn't work if you're the 4th or 5th pick and you guys don't have a tank or jungler. Then we all get to sit indian style while reading this topic about people complaining how bad their team sucks and how they'll never get past 1500 ELO because of how unlucky they are, when in reality all you needed to do was pick that fucking Taric or Janna and eat your god damn pride.
This isn't a rant because I just had an unpleasant experience with a Teamliquid member. This is just from months of experiences and reading this topic, the previous topic, and all the input liquidparty had. I never really said much but now you pretty much know why. How hard is it to grow up for some of you? That's an interesting theory, but in practice the "feeders gonna feed" effect tends to screw with the variance. Also, I don't think you should be giving advice on "getting past 1500 Elo" when you're stuck under 1200.
You must be confusing me with someone else. I'm currently at 1400 and my all-time high has been past 1550. Embarrassing.
Sort of ironic how you judge me after my post is sort of opposing that against all players. Especially since you apparently don't even know my account. And feeders ARE the variance. They will sometimes be on your team. They will sometimes be on the other team. How you can figure feeders will screw more players than others due to variance? Given a large enough sample size.
People will get lucky, people will get unlucky. Overall it should even out for the average person.

you ass! you ruptured their server cluster, didn't you?

IMO Southlight vs Redtooth 1v1 kass vs nid. First to 5 ($100?).
Anyone want to see that?

I do OK with this setup but feel like there's something wrong whenever I play him ap shen. Don't forget guinsoo's. It's the most hilarious shit... almost like playing kass actually, you're really hard to kill because your shield scales hard and is spammable, and you can poke endlessly. You even have a movement skill! sorta... I've been meaning to try that, thanks for the reminder. TBH I think Shen's problems could be solved by 1. reducing all his skill costs by 5-10 energy and 2. reworking Ki Strike's cd reduction. Like: "6 second CD, attacking/using a skill/getting hit by an enemy champ reduces CD by 1 second." You just have to get En5 runes. All problems solved. Uhhh, I just saw EU as online, logged in, and suddenly I had this box where it prompte me to create a new summoner name? WTF? Closed and restarted launcher, busy again... Also, some guy named Wickd is streaming on HSGG's stream. Yeah I know he does that sometimes. How good is he supposed to be? Don't know anything him, and seeing the builds of some players there makes me doubt that he's on HSGG's level or even close. Wickd's a "top" EU player. he was #1 solo queue for a while iirc, right now he's 15th in premades:

I was going to say check the FAQ 'cause we made an answer specifically for that but I realized lots has changed since then. Annie is probably the best simple nuker in the game still.

Because you're stuck at 1200 ELO?
How about explaining how I'm wrong instead of coming off as a moron.
