I can't even remember when I last saw that the servers were at ONLINE status. They have been offline and busy for me for like the last week or so. If I didnt know about the up,down, left, right -thing I wouldn't have been able to play at all during the last week.
Edit: How do I change the server I want to connect to? When I launch the launcher (haha) it just shows unavailable and there's nothing I can do. I want to connect to an american server, do I need a separate launcher for that?

its a completely different launcher and iirc u have to dl it from the american site as well as create a new account for the us server

good hands doesn't help you jungle though
however small the bonus may be, i'd still take perseverance every time

Yeah I like that. Gives an edge to overly analytic people like me :p
Though I have to admit I had been running Preservance lately, simply because Good Hands is kind of an excuse for playing badly and dieing. I didn't rethink it, but I guess if the servers ever go back up I'll switch back to Good Hands.

neither does perseverance... were you even listening? Even with Strength of Spirit, most junglers are only rocking like, maybe 15 HP/5. That means that perseverance is typically giving you like, 0.6 HP/5. That's 7.2 HP/minute. That's nothing. Good Hands has frequently been the difference between my inhib tower taking 2K damage and losing the whole inhibitor.
the only good thing about it is that it interacts well with golem buff, but I don't think having 74 mana/5 instead of 71 mana/5 really matters on any junglers tbh.

Good Hands is simply superiour. Early game you get a few more seconds of being able to lane, and late game you're not sitting on your ass for over 70 seconds while they push 2 towers.

You would need to download US client indeed.
Better option is to just hit f5 until it has the online status, it works

when I jungle as olaf I go:
cloth+5 pots
Wraith>2golems>wolves>blue>wraith>2golems>lizard>blue pill to base
this way you have enough money to buy Madreds in the shortest possible time and then you can do:
Wolves>Wraith>Dragon.
Lets you kill dragon easily at level 5.
though this obviously depends on the situation, what the enemies jungler is doing ect.
or you could buy boots and stuff and go gank at full life with red.

ionno, ppl keep talking about how their jungling centers around getting dragon 'in the shortest possible time', but i see far more value in ganks before dragon (assuming you ward it anyways)

Then you get to the level where players warding their lanes vs junglers.
Getting dragon is a safe way to get money. It's basically 675 gold. Ganking is good, and you should always take the opportunity you get. However it's not certain for gold as getting that dragon early.

i got denied one time with a tristana clone as morde, i got a quadra kill using her, and killed amumu about 5 seconds later and got no penta
it makes me sad

dragon... safe... WHA?????
I pretty much just won a game for my team last night by opening boots + hp pot + sight ward on Xin bot and warding Dragon at 4 minutes only to catch a half health level 3 WW with double buff trying to sneak a quick dragon. By chasing him off then, he got set back to the stone age and ragequit a couple minutes later because our Olaf could just fuck him up in his jungle because of how far behind he was.
