7% dodge adds 7% more survivability against DPS and nothing but DPS.

It doesn't take a whole lot of armor to reduce physical attacks by 7% so I dunno -_- It used to be pretty handy when you could dodge a bunch of skills with it, but now....it's just good for nimbleness proc while still providing survivability, mostly.

I know one time I saw someone pick eve, someone else queue dodged, then in the requeue we saw the same person so we banned eve so the retard couldn't play her

Tank Eve played well is pretty decent, tbh. Her ult healing her for 50% after every enemy death makes her really rough to kill during teamfights if she has a decent amount of HP.

no one in solo queue at 1500 elo plays her that way tho, they all play her the typical retarded way that almost never does well.

same shit happened with free trynd week... almost every game due to murphy's law I had a trynd on my team and every single time he did absolutely TERRIBLY until I started banning him every game I got first pick

More often than not Eve in 1600 doesn't build tank either. I was just throwing out there that Tank Eve is remarkably decent.

She has a stun, has map control, does decent damage, reduces armor/MR (if done properly), and is hell to kill. Basically the same as all tanks, except that she's invisible.

So you're invisible heading into a teamfight, and it doesn't matter if they have oracle. And then you just hit your soft target (if there is one) for the stun, ravage them to reduce armor/mr, and go to town on them.

Incidentally when I smurf the tank Eve build I run is something like HoG -> Sheen -> etc. so you get decent damage output (nothing great but sufficient against squishies).

Your job isn't to tank everything, it's to survive long enough to get on the back line and hit shit. With either Madreds or Trinity, her damage becomes respectable (I try to get both before building tanky with the last 3 slots)
Stun requires you to be invisible yes, but it's also the only normal spell that can stun two targets

No, 7% dodge gives a 7% chance to avoid the damage an attack would do completely (100% damage reduction) and procs nimbleness (10% move speed)

Every 1% of dodge you gain makes the next 1% of dodge worth more.

I'm not going to go into detail but if you want to know why go read some world of warcraft theory craft on avoidance and armor. It works the same here except that people can ignore a lot of armor making it useless.

Hahah, I just run a heavier tank than you, usually something like Ring -> HoG -> Sheen -> Lichbane -> Randuin (or Banshee before Randuin/Lich if I need MR), something like that. Concept is largely the same.
