I really do think that's what started the 'Heimer can be countered' thing; there are definitely champs that do pretty well against him but they don't fit into any decent comps right now, so it's obviously better to just keep Heim banned. | ||

The flat damage reduction means lots of small chunks of damage (like turrets) do nothing, and he can't be blinded, stunned, or slowed by Rylai's. I guess Heimer can flash/ghost out, but if Olaf is running ghost and lands an axe that leaves flash. That'd be my first try, anyway. | ||
