saw another post like this, and im quite happy with the way things are, in terms of payment. Runes arent really a massive issue, getting lvl 30 doesnt take much time (and if you have a problem with this time frame, riot wont care about you anyways), having the champ rotation is good enough for me and has even been getting more regular. This 'pay once and get everything' sort of thing just seems a bit silly. Tbh, if you want everything, go play testserver or something.
edit: also, it seems to me that only a minority of the population actually has a problem with 'grinding'. Srsly, shittons of ppl pay monthly to play a game that consists solely of grinding
edit 2: pps, i suppose i didnt even need this explanation since riot has insisted several times that they do not want to give more in-game power to ppl who pay

I had games where an Eve or a Shaco going sunfire capes. All of those games that I had them on my team failed pretty hard. Is there any reasons behind this build?

its kus hotshotgg does it, duh
edit: shaco going sunfires = double sunfire dmg with his clone. eve does kinda well with sunfires kus A) being invis with sunfires is annoying and B) makes her initiations stronger since she can actually survive more than .5 seconds after stunning

Well on eve i build them because it just makes you infinitely more obnoxious.
Eve suffers from a few things: 1) she dies really easily 2) she cant do anything while stealthed 3) her sustained damage is poor 4) her staying power is poor
Sunfire capes rectify most of these problems.
The health and armor make her harder to kill, she can deal damage with the aura while stealthed, they do constant dps while chasing so you dont need to worry about auto attacking, and they don't cost any mana so you never lose the dps.
Plus when you actually do manage to kill someone your ult heals for a lot more when you have more hp =p

Pretty sure with some very basic HP padding, 90 extra armor, and 30% damage reduction while channeling, he can live through any DPS during his ulti.
Late-game, grab thornmail.

I killed him as Teemo with AD build. Might be he sucked horribly, but he had lots of health and was in his ulti when I killed him so...

Pretty sure he did his ult without bulwalk on himself then.

I lose 12 games in a row then this happens:

I'm not one to complain about the matchmaker but sometimes I wonder.

Chalice of the Void was also frequently good in Extended, particularly against the Elves combo deck I played last year.
I've played on the MTG Pro Tour twice, I wonder if anyone else on this site has.

Another tip: During lane, use barrels for zoning. Placing one properly and then not detonating it, you keep your opponents off creeps for many seconds.
Pro gragas tip: Don't level up Barrel.
Barrel is bad. Body Slam and Drunken rage is a million times better for the laning phase. You can zone way better with Body Slam anyway.

There's nothing 'pro' about AP Gragas.
