STEP 1: A hero is not very good against coordinated or even sane people, but is an excellent pub-stomper and has high burst/harass potential, etc. STEP 2: Riot nerfs the crap out of them, to the point where even the most diehard players give up. STEP 3: Riot forgets about them for a couple months despite the piteous wails of said players. STEP 4: Riot finally gets around to patching them to be less one-sided. | ||

aegis: 60 damage spear shot: 200 damage heartseeker: 1000 damage total: 1260 damage over 2.2 seconds which always leads to, "zomg, HSS is broken!" sorta ignoring the fact that his other skills were pretty bad. | ||

Well that wasn't even the point I was trying to make, Rylai's will be his core item most likely and this way he can perma-slow. But yeah maybe we'll have to wait and see, in theory 35% permaslow is crazy, it's like Ashe chasing =P | ||
