Only 6 games so it's hard to assess whether it was magic in a bottle because of team comps, or if it's how I'm really going to build him(fwiw the first game I stuck to the catalyst>damage and did fine, like 8/3/5 carrying alongside a Xin, and the Banshees worked fantastic because Sion was in the game). I am almost tempted to try him out hybrid(his AP ratios aren't bad on Q/W, attack speed abuses the mass armor pen, and he spams spells/attacks enough to build a GRB to 8 stack quick). Very fun hero, I may have to buy him after free week and try to follow in MrGrimm's shadow(jk, that dude was beast). | ||

Mostly you want to work on Punch and Drive, Hook you can leave at level 1. Most top players build him as a tank, because he's expected to initiate, one way or another. If you're supremely confident in hooking you can build DPS but he becomes all-in at that point - if you don't hook you can't kill jack. | ||

Very fun hero, I may have to buy him after free week and try to follow in MrGrimm's shadow(jk, that dude was beast). don't go hybrid, his ap ratios are terrible the w ap ratio is an illusion, since if you can actually use w for damage then you've won anyways. q is kinda bad and r is meh. brutalizer is okay, but i still like catalyst -> inf edge -> last whisper. it's just a solid build you can't doubt. you really shine as a big damage dealer late game as corki and a mage as the first half, i think you shouldn't invest too much on little damage items. also to the guy a couple posts above me, never trust leaguecraft. 80% of the guides there are complete trash, i believe the second most read twitch guide advocated bloodrazor malady sword of the divine or something stupid like that. | ||

Although Doran's shield works well for just staying in the lane, it's not exactly ideal. The reason for opening Catalyst (starting with sapphire) is that it provides you 2 important things: The ability to constantly harass your lane opponent with phosphorus bomb and auto attacks, as well as being able to instantly kill the wraith camp when the lane is pushed. Without the mana staying power from Catalyst, Corki gets relatively weak lane presence and can be deterred by a heavy harasser at mid. Just to share, The build I run on Corki is Catalyst > Boots 1 > B.F > Recurve > Aim to finish Infinity Edge, after you have that running potions is very ideal as Corki's critical damage is unparalleled. Sheesh, noticed someone posted before me, but might as well put this in anyway. | ||

My record jungle tanking is likewise something around 10-1. It's kinda why I got frustrated trying to Kass with you, it worked better with EzPz's Anne because double nuke ganks were tearing people apart. Edit: Probably the most difficult thing about Kass solo queue is it's hard as hell convincing people you can (and are better off) taking mid, and no, that you're not gonna get owned by that Ezreal or Sivir or Ashe. Sigh. | ||
