But I usually can't rush RoA "that fast" - usually in games I end the game before or after I finish Arch. Plus, if i were to keep doing this Mejai rush I'd have a ridiculously slow Cata (too expensive)...

Shaco can solo with razors, starks and GA... but you normally won't get those items before at least lvl 15 :/ | ||

Baron spawns like 15 minutes in at the earliest (if I'm not mistaken?). There're team compositions that can rush Baron at 15 minutes but it's highly risky because if they ward it (as they should) and they catch you, you're pretty screwed, and of course they can see you building for it (multiple Razors). | ||
