(Affected items are Madred's Razors, Wriggle's Lantern, Sheen, Lich Bane and Trinity Force) Does that mean tiger stance will proc madreds 3 times each hit or still only once, but it was doing 1/3 of one hit? | ||

It means the it will proc once but at it's correct damage. Previously tiger was bugged it was doing 1/3 the proc once per attack. | ||

And yes BT > Atma's, since Crit is useless. If I wanted armor, I would probably go for BR instead. Only reason to go Warmogs is when your team doesn't have support to get stuff off you, in which case Sivir is a bad pick anyways. | ||

I think you used the wrong sign. Why would you say Warmogs isn't good? I find that with Spell Shield and the way Sivir plays incorporating Warmogs into my build has been extremely effective. I build Wriggle's on Sivir and that coupled with BT gives me a lot of lifesteal. This flexibility and 3.2k life make her quite beefy. Warmogs is also cost effective since Sivir can fill it up extremely quickly. Getting a BF sword and a LW also satisfy nearly any damage requirements you could need. | ||

Warmogs is bad because you don't have a lot of DPS when you are supposed to (20~30 mins) Atmas is a cheap 80 AD on paper, but without APen, it's really not that much. If I wanted to get tanky, Banshees/Mallet + GA is a lot more solid. | ||
