Is there a fix for this? I've got this too. It takes ~30 seconds before the score screen pops up; by then others have had a conversation and left the lobby. What I do know is that the client was PROGRAMMED BY RIOT. ps I didn't always have this issue, and I used to get reliably low ping in game. Now client and game lag are everywhere.
Mine started doing it the same patch that the client staying up lagging the game began in i think

Haha, I'm undefeated with Cho on TT in ranked, but I have under 10 games so it doesn't show. I think I'm close to 1500 there.
It's so dumb to have Cho jungle on TT because that's the map he's got the strongest lane phase on.

I just disagree with silence over rupture because rupture hits harder and it's a great farming tool as well. Last hit creep waves to replenish hp/mana. Rock them with ruptures because that shit still trucks and it's got a shorter cooldown. Contrary to what that guy said it should be easier to land ruptures because you're the one getting red until you get mallet and every auto attack will be doing + ~50 because of vorpal. Scream is stupid because in general they're running from you as soon as you hit them with silence no matter how long it lasts, so just that initial silence is enough to make them run and it scales terribly and has a very small cone to hit with. Also if you scream at them without red buff or mallet they get away, while with just phage you can place a rupture in front and they have to avoid it and still get hit by phage for slows or get hit by rupture and slowed anyway.
Anyway rupture does more damage so get it over scream unless they've got a champ you 100% can't kill without silence and probably can kill with.
Have your team get you red buff when it's up and be aggressive with wards, red elixirs, potions and buff control.

(Seriously, profit. We won at about 40 minutes and I went 6/5/22 even after missing the start. Our opponents were pretty bad, but it still felt really good.)

I'll just go ahead and say that what "tank" meant back then and what "tank" means now has changed considerably.
