I'm of the opinion that there's a pretty big difference between 25% slow and 35% slow, which is what you get with level 3 and level 5 frost arrow respectively, as it's the difference between punishing vlad with 2 v 3 attacks for trying to Q you. | ||

The character that it's biggest on isn't even on your list (Corki!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). And Pantheon shouldn't get it unless jungling, but it's good for him when he's jungling again (yay!). | ||

that 6300 price tag is daunting! but yeah i mean it really works on any dps that has spam skills... no need to list them all  also if you play at the 700 elo level you will see that it is also a great item on malzahar, fiddlesticks, annie, blitzcrank and alistar. also boots are bad items at that level, true story | ||

if i was to use this newfound knowledge of basic programming and write a program that calculated your DPS, would you kids download it and run it and put it in the OP and the wiki? i'm thinking pretty broad scale work here, it'd take me a while. it would work something like 1) you picked the champ you were playing as and you input your level 2) you picked the champ you were playing against and their level 2.5) you'd give your runes and masteries totals for the important stuff (attack damage, HP quints, etc... not SoS or good hands though) 3) you would either enter your additional damage and arpen and ASpd from items (you'd have to calculate it outside... ie you'd have to say you had 130 damage and 20% crit chance for BF sword and Infinity edge) OR you could do checkboxes for each item that you have (this would be more work for me but easier for the user) 4) you'd then do the same for the enemy champ 5) it would output your DPS on them based on how much attack damage, attack speed, arpen you have, and compare it to their HP and armor, and do the same for them on you 6) it would tell you how long it would take for you to kill them and how long for them to kill you, and who would die first 7) i might put in two offensive inputs so you could see which of two builds provided higher DPS 8)not sure how hard it would be to implement lifesteal or health regen so i most likely wouldn't include those of course it'd be a microsoft excel based sheet but i'd code everything in VBA so it would have a pretty interface instead of ugly cells and stuff so if i did this, i would probably write the basics of the code i.e. for input player and level i'd do something like akaliHP = X + Y*Z where X = base HP, Y = hp/level growth, and Z = level and i'd ask if people could go to the official website, find out akali's base HP and growth, write those into my code, and PM it to me... it would be a little group project  | ||

Maybe Im old fashioned or something and actually understand what a word means, but Practice is playing games that arent really ranked or anything for the purpose of making yourslef a better player. Yet I get in a Practice Game cause I finally unlocked Kog'Maw and I wanted to practice him n get better. And this is whats on my team - HAIIIII HAIIIIIII HAIIII OH NOEZ I IZ DEDZZZZ 10 minutes in the game and the enemy twitch & warwick had 20 kills each, and I seemed to be the only person who didn't die more then 12 times. | ||
