recorded 1911 version of video after someone posted this comment on the original: "lol watch this in 1911 version ^^ hahaha"
Link to original/explanation please?
Original is a couple pages back
Explanation is:
Smoothviper was talking shit (Noel Brown later claimed that smoothviper threw his shit on the ground after Noel lost, although no evidence of this has been shown) andNoel Brown ran up and clocked him, people had to be separated, Noel was suspended from the weekly tournament for 3 weeks and if a fight ever occurs again, permanent suspensions from the tournament would occur.

Did Noel and Smoothviper ever do that grudge match on the stream or at all? Tried to watch some of the stream on my phone on Wednesday but the internet was slacking.
It's not really related to WNF at all, there was a norcal tournament streamed by ipw and then a socal tournament streamed by level up. SSF4 and MvC3 for both, IPW streamed super all day, level up streams marvel 3.

I meant WNF in terms of the general player base that showed up
Hit confirmation is the ability to decide if one of your moves has hit or hasnt while the move was not over yet. So if it hits you can make some sort of combo from it which would be unsafe/inefficient if the starting move got blocked.
Mixup is a situation where you can be hit multiple ways which all need different defensive answers. For example, in most fighting games most characters have high/low mixup, this means they can force the opponent to decide to block low or block high, and if they block wrong they get hit. There are throw/hit mixups (used mainly by grapplers), crossup mixups (you have to decide in which direction to block) etc.
+X frame advantage means that you can act X frames faster than your opponent. (Most fighting games run 60 frames per second, that means 16.6 ms is a frame.) If you are at 6 frame advantage, and you have a move which has a startup of 6 frames or less, you can hit your opponent with it, and he can't do anything about it. Generally "unsafe moves" mean that they put you at a disadvantage if get blocked/dodged.

also I know what is the exact reason you can't do a throw after you do a move such as a a standing L or crouching L or st M, cr M
I know it makes sense that that you can't, but what is the exact reason??
You can't combo into throws, and attacks put people in hitstun/blockstun which makes them unthrowable. When you try to throw in a situation where your opponent is unthrowable, because the game doesn't have a throw whiff animation, the game gives you the H attack instead.
You can cancel normals into command throws but you need a good tick for it (like spencer cr.L, cr.H xx cancel into command throw before the cr.H actually hits them). Otherwise your character just does a command grab but doesn't grab them for the above mentioned reasons, and you look like a dumb =P
