Well if that's the plan I've seen a lot of people using Akuma's Tatsu assist in that application very effectively. A lot of the Battlefield Arcadia vods that just went up on FADC have Wesker/Akuma/? teams so it gets used a lot. | ||

Justin Wong dominated Marvel 2, absolutely DOMINATED it, and nobody can really be properly argued as the #1 player in Marvel 2 other than him, and for the duration of Marvel 3, he is also considered to, at the moment, be beatable in situations but still is always the favored player against anyone. Also, Justin Wong's mechanics are damn near flawless in Marvel 2 as well as 3. The comparison between the two is pretty awful except on the level that the two are probably the best known non-japanese players ever (see what I did there?) | ||

The things he made legit such such as Storm/Sent DHC? Viscant pioneered it (Doom/Storm/sent originally), runaway is Edde lee, etc, Its true that compared to others, he probably isn't as great as others, but domination trumps his influence really. You don't look at justin and MvC2 and think "Oh he invented this and that", you look at him and say "he destroys you no matter what." perhaps, you can compare him to Savior in terms of total domination with Ok mechanics (ok, I shouldn't talk since I didn't really catch savior in his prime >_>) Although you can make a case for him being Boxer-ish in MvC3  EDIT: When I say "Ok" mechanics, I don't mean he sucks with mechanics. But he rarely drops anything and is hella clutch, so in that sense he is great. Technically speaking though, perhaps other players are better mechanically | ||

Not only is the comparison attempt really stupid but it really discounts everyone else who are very top level at a given game at the same time as those players. Boxer didn't really dominate BW the way you seem to be indicating. He had a really good 2 year run and continued to be top level for about 4 more years after that but during his prime he lost several finals and was certainly eliminated from many tournaments. Justin is the same thing. | ||

I've seen sentinel force assist drop a lot of combos tho. It seems that if you're already 20+ hits into a combo, and you're relying on sentinel force to keep it going, the enemy is going to flip out of the juggle because of hit stun deterioration and the long duration between each drone. Unlike the rest of the ones you listed, which hit in very rapid succession and can keep a character in hit stun. Good call on Chun Li's legs assist, I didn't even think of that one (probably because my Chun is ass). | ||
