I just picked up Magneto recently as well, so don't take me as an expert. Depends which ones you mean, but try searching youtube for "magneto rom combo mvc3". There are a shitload of variations, so look around and try a few out.
The one I've found to be easiest is: cL cM cH S jump [H adf M H (land) jump]
the cL c M cH S is just your starting point, the important part is what is in the brackets, that's the part you can loop repeatedly. The first time you do it, it will be a super jump because of the S launcher. The next times you do it, it will just be a normal jump.
How you end the loop is up to you, or what situation you're in. Some ideas are: From mid screen, land on the ground, do a standing H, then Magnetic Shockwave. From anywhere, land on ground, do a standing H then level 3. From corner, land on ground, do a standing H, then hyper-grav-L, then Magnetic Tempest. From corner, land on the ground, standing H, then hyper-grav-L, DHC glitch to another character (like Zero's Sougenmu).
But again I've only recently picked him up, would love some more advice on Magneto as well. The character has HUGE potential so I know I've got a lot to learn about him! He's definitely worth the work though, if you're a fan of Magneto at all.
Edit: after re-reading your post, I realize now that this isn't entirely what you were asking for. Sounds to me like you mean one of the air combo loops. I'm not sure on how to do that one specifically but it's something around:
cL cM cH S jump H fly L H adf [M H adf] S Gravity Squeeze
Bracketed part being the repeated loop. Don't take these inputs literally though, I don't actually know the loop.

The easiest way to do the combo you're asking is c.A, c.B, c.C, S, j.C, adf, j.B, j.C fly, ABC adf BC (repeat).
This is super basic, as you get better you can do things like take out the AB after flying and just go straight into C. Once you get really good your combo should look like this, j.C, adf j.B, j.C, fly, C adf C adf C adf C adf C adf C haha.

My online Magneto BnB is like this
S, j.Hxxadf, j.M, j.Hxxflight mode, j.M, j.Hxxadf, (x4), j. S, land, Shockwave or Squeeze
it's much MUCH easier than the pro-level ROM variants and such, and the third rep of j.M j.H can be followed up with an exchange, or that same j.H can be cancelled to end flight mode (and if you're in the corner) j.H, land, s.Hxxlight Hyper GravxxTempest
in the j.M j.H x4 series during flight, you can just do j.H adf j.H adf repeat, and can get an extra rep in that way, though the timing can be tight in clutch situations or online
EDIT-just realized demoninja posted roughly the same, though just so you know you don't need to j.L after flighter, j.M is fast enough to connect without sacrificing hitstun or damage scaling

Yeah I know you don't need the j.A, hell, you don't even need the j.B. You can start with j.C which is a pretty difficult link. Basically make sure you put an A or B in there depending on how confident you are.

Magnus is for little girls! Doom loops is where it's at, son! Doom's loop is really easy to do as well, good damage too :D

Try delaying the air combo a lot with wesker, do the first 2 Mediums slightly apart, hit C, then pause a bit, hit Special. Wesker should be almost under the opponent when the S hits, and he will land much earlier, from there, you can dash and gun shot usually. Make sure you jump up-forward after the launcher or you won't be able to catch.
I've been working on a doom loop recently, and I'm loving it, does great damage, corner only though (Where doom shines).
start with triangle or low light, whatever, launcher, loop chain (j.m, j.foward + H, air dash DF, j.medium), land, LAUNCHER (JUST launcher, nothing else, or the end of the combo will fall out due to HSD/hit stun deterioration) loop chain again, land, launcher, j. medium x2, foward C, neutral special (you have to let go of a direction here or you will get the team tag combo), air dash down, standing C, launcher, sjc, j. med x2, j. foward c, j.neutral special, air dash down, land. Standing C into Doom's time. 1 mil + damage. builds about 1.8 bars.
If you don't have 3 bars, then instead of doing the launcher into the last 2x med + foward C into special, just do sphere flame.

Yeah, Black0ut, that one is pretty nice. Doom is fairly versatile and the Buktooth loop just looks much cooler than Magnus' loops imo. I tend to go for 2 reps then go into Sphere super, x-factor and another Sphere if I really want them dead :p
Looking to pick up Magnus as well though, as my team is kind of clunky (Spencer, Doom, Tron). :D

Ahh so you have to jump forward and slow it down. Cool, thanks a lot, I'll be practicing that a bit. I've finally got Dante's BnB down, most. Sometimes I miss the quartercircle H in the air cause I mash H X_X (ima noob lol)
I'm having difficulty figuring out a good standard combo for iron man. Right now I use c. L, c. M, s. H, S, M, M, H (I believe), smart bombs, then proton cannon if I want to throw extra damage in. It's okay, but I alway feel like Iron man's normals kind of have low range (especially compared to Dante/Wesker), so I always find it difficult to deal a lot of damage with him and punish stuff that pushes me back.

Iron Man's normals lives and dies based off your ability to tri jump with him. His aerials are great but his ground include the all purpose c. H ...
(all purpose for your opponent in his ability to punish you for pressing it)
