rofl, I played with both of those people. I talked to the Jaedong guy about Team Liquid. Big McLarge Huge (the name) is from MST3K so it not likely to be the same one.
I played this a lot in beta. Flicky on US. Deffo up for a game.

From what i heard and read on the LoL forums...GOA seems like pretty bad so a lot of euro players are playing on US servers instead.
I'm so happy Ashe is only a heroic champion. I might consider just spending a bit of IP to just unlock her permanently...

My first champion was Ryze, but they're gonna remake him, so go with Nunu (tank/spellcaster) or Soraka (support/spellcaster).

Sup! So I play a lot of HoN but I also have this game and I play it every once in a while. Definitely pissed me off with the level reset but other than that this is a pretty solid game. Just wish there were more cool heroes than cute heroes.
I play Ryze if I'm dual-laning Twisted Fate if I'm solo.

BTW, pro tip: The green regeneration talisman is op. Seriously try it specially on Heroes with ranged attacks that don't need a lot of mana i.e. Twisted.

i decided to use ashe. pretty good mid-game since she gets so much money quickly. can really get some high tier items quick

Good choice. Ashe is probably one of the easier characters to play in this game.
Not sure how viable these rune choices still are but I like doing armor penetration, HP, and mp regen as a general rune build over all my characters.
Skill build i usually get the money one first and max it ASAP to farm quickly and then get my items quick.
Regen Pendant -> Lvl 3 Boots -> Clever -> Infinity -> Phantom -> Do w/e you want
Just my two cents. There probably are better stuff out there but this is what works for me.

When I solo with ashe, in general I do:
Regen (sometimes philo stone) -> Boots (sometimes attack speed but usually movement) -> Zeal (part of phantom) -> Infinity Edge -> Cleaver -> Finish phantom -> Last item depends on team makeup
Pretty similar to yours b3h.I do the +gold skill although I have seen a lot of people going meki + volley/ice. Might try that out if I'm not solo.

For runes, I used a non hero specific set. This is what I had before they limted the rune pages:
Melee: A page full of Crit Damage runes with 3 Armour pen Quintessence
Magic: Just full of AP per level runes.
Health: Full of health runes.
In beta, rune stacking worked the best. Unsure if much has changed, but the swap of 3 page down to 2 means I'll have to remove one of these. Possibly the health one.

I really cant figure out how you add runes to your page
I go to the shop and click on the runes I want, but it just brings up a page where it shows you the rune and at the bottom says like
290
- 15
= 280
or somethin and then i cant figure out how you actually confirm getting the rune -_-

Yea, they stack. But there are some runes that give bonuses that have a cap for that particular stat. I think the max coolodown you can have is -40% (or it was a while back) so if someone stacked -% cooldown runes and then bought an item that reduced cooldown, they were wasting runes basically (or should have bought other items).

It is like a really polished and balanced version of DotA. Very fun. It's also free (some grinding needed to unlock a consistent character but w/e).
