 Also for europeans - there is an european server aswell (GOA). Sadly it is not possible to play cross-server so if you have US friends you need to play on the US server etc (might be changed in the future?). You can get the EU client on www.lol-europe.com. The EU server has some problems with the friendlist, but it can be circumvented by inviting people to premades from a chatroom. ~Wanna play with Annie? It will be fun!~ | ||

However, the runes give a fairly insignificant bonus and if you're better with one hero than another, it might be worth unlocking them. You also have to consider that most people are going to be using the free heroes so it might be benefical to unlock ones that'll support your team well or counter the default ones. I won't have a chance to look at it for a while so I can't comment on prices or anything. | ||

If they leave runes about the same strength as before, full books at level 30 can improve your hero SIGNIFICANTLY. | ||

And it's ideal to just spend your IP on 1-3 champions then the rest into a dedicated rune page. A full rune page will make a huge difference in your games. | ||
