Personally I really hope NaNi won't just bash everyone superhard (even if some of it might be legitimate) but actually prove himself to the retarded haters. I'm looking forward to this interview but I'm really scared NaNi is going to ruin his career. Let's just hope he says good stuff aswell as some hate! Heja NaNi!!

If he does decide to shit talk howvever, it´s gonna be extremely entertaining at the very least. In the end it´s his gameplay that matters, and I have to say it is really impressive.

Sorry to bring this up here, just saying though. All this negativity, it gotta stop somewhere. In a way though I guess all the haters make us hardcore fans grow even more hardcore. But I really wish the community would lay off the personal attacks a bit. Any of you fellow Swedes know an active community with more positive energy btw?

What blows my mind most is the tweets some people send him, making very personal attacks. Sorry to bring this up here, just saying though. All this negativity, it gotta stop somewhere. Pretty sure there was a guy in the Real Talk thread who was saying that Naniwa shouldn't be given an audience, but ok fine let's see him try and defend himself. He's not a fucking serial killer. He's just been a little bm a couple times and then it all blew up when people went mental (imo for false reasons) about that shit with Nestea at MLG and then in Korea. Can't wait for the Real Talk episode <3

Because if these people would be happy about their life they would have more important stuff to do than to bash a guy who speaks his mind. There are alot of kids in this community and also alot of "grown up's" who are on a kids level mentally.

Can't wait for the Real Talk episode <3 I can understand how people can find Naniwa to be disrespectful at times, and I know he's done things I don't like either, but the amount of crap he gets right now is so disproportionate it's silly. His only "crime" was to tease Idra about a showmatch they had already agreed on playing, after Idra commented on how Naniwa's PvZ was awful. There are a lot of cool people in Idra's fanbase too obviously, and I'm sure the ones causing trouble are a minority, but a few loud morons who take everything their favorite player says as fact are enough to create such a massive shitstorm when something like this happens. What really blows my mind is how some people who are being jerks on twitter actually seemed to believe Idra's rant about Naniwa getting kicked out of Quantic and leaving the scene. Maybe they're just trolling, as I find it hard to believe anyone would actually be mind-numbingly stupid enough to seriously think Idra has some kind of insight into Quantic's leadership and their attitude towards certain players, but some of these guys seem like they want to prove me wrong. Also, just to clarify; I don't mean this post to be some kind of hate speech against Idra either. Starting to flame the other way wouldn't accomplish anything. I'm kind of worried for the Real Talk episode; it feels like regardless of what Naniwa says or does, people are going to find more excuses to hate him. But the Naniwa hate thing goes in waves, so maybe I shouldn't be too worried. Many of the haters are going to come crawling back to support him if he does well in the GSL. That's how popularity in this community often works, sadly enough...

He doesn't deserve the hate, and the people who hate on him just love drama so ignore them. His only crime is keeping it real and not using fluff with others would, He acts and speaks his mind which I enjoy seeing from him. Naniwa Fighting!

And it is like some just enjoy piling upon him while he is "down" only to praise him when he wins something. This kind of annoys me, cause it feels so false. I guess each to their own, but still it rubs me the wrong way to see some so much support being washed away immediately when things become a bit rough. Also I totally agree with what you wrote The KY. People keep dwelling so badly on his earlier missteps, it is like it is impossible for him to get kind of a fresh start. Cause no matter how well he behaves, the past will always be there to remind people to look actively for a way to take every little word he says the wrong way. While other progamers get away with almost anything. Edit: Typo fixed.

NaNiwa is an easy target since he's in the spotlight so much and does things that are really not a big deal but becomes a big deal because of these people who simply needs a reason to "hate" (vent their anger) on something. And that NaNiwa doesn't give a fuck makes them even more angry. Wich is just funny imo ![]() NaNiwa is the strong person here while petty people with problems of their own really are the weak ones. Like bullies who select an easy target. Imo NaNiwa doesn't really create drama unless there's a reason to do so. Ofcourse there are exceptions but as a whole i think that's the truth.

Naniwa should just ignore him and not bother going on the show because it's obvious that he's affected by all the internet hate as it is. Actually he should avoid English interviews altogether because no good has come of it, also he comes across as a hundred times more compassionate, eloquent and socially skilled in his native tongue.

It's pretty difficult to say who's the best one of Stephano and Naniwa, since they've never actually played each other, and rarely even participate in the same tournaments Naniwa has played Stephano and beat him, although it was awhile about half a year ago. http://blip.tv/day9tv/stephano-z-vs-naniwa-p-g1-dreamhack-winter-group-2-day-2-5767517

There's gamer banter back and forth and then there's socially retarded greg taking things too far and making it super personal, and then suddenly the whole thing feels incredibly awkward to watch. Like, idra is the sort of person that would call someone (cruncher) fat like he's some middle-school kid as a result of cruncher playing starcraft in a way that idra doesn't like. I'm a little embarrassed for idra that he keeps stooping to that level. I agree that Idra overreacted and handled the situation badly, but let's not turn this into an Idra bashing thread, please. There's enough hate going around in the community as it is, there's no need to fuel it further IMO.
