As for game 2, it was smart by boxer to go mass rins, Idra is well know for heavy muta play and boxer just assumed that idra would stick to the build that he falls back onto 90% of the time. If idra got those mutas out boxer was never going to get out his base with idra fanatic must harass and that would of let idra marco. He already was going to be behind in econ as he lost a lot of SCV. Idra should of switched up his play as boxer is known for his strong timing pushes and i am sure he practiced to have a push ready before idra mutas hit. Nice hold by idra in both games early though, gotten a lot better at holding early pressure | ||

You don't have to get the roach upgrades, just get 6-8 roaches when you see this build and with some lings you'll hold easy as long as you don't engage stupidly. | ||

You're proposing 750-950 minerals plus 150-200 gas for units that will be practically useless once the battle is over. Keep in mind I'm looking at this from IdrA's point of view, a guy that wouldn't willingly waste a mineral to save a dying man in high level games.  | ||
