NOT only that, we only see koreans in GSL (for the most part) which usually consists of making a build and practicing it tons of times. all day tourneys are completely different than GSL type events. cant have a specialized build for every opponent you go against.

MMA isnt even code A he dropped into code B so hes not one of the best. also TvT is the most random and volatile MU right now.
Also foreigners CAN beat koreans but its like 90/10.

That game 2 proved something Zergs have been pointing out for a long time, namely the "ability" of Terran player to take advantage of several random timings. Boxer had no means to know if IdrA had banelings before the push. It just soo happened IdrA was not scouting properly and was being a bit greedy on the muta numbers.
Still, there's a reason next season in GSL about 70% of the players will be Terrans.

Boxer will be the only one that defeats in his pool, you will see. IdrA doesn't feel comfortable playing Koreans.

Maybe not in general, but he played terribly in that game. And yes, mass lings work well against stargate, that's not news to anyone.

I know im not saying he isn't. But for a ling heavy strategy to work against someone as good as Naniwa its a build that shouldn't just be written off as bad at a high level. Im curious to see whether or not DRG does this build vs HuK who is arguably the best protoss at this event (maybe Alicia can match that but i hear his pvz is mediocre.)
EDIT: at _VK_ he didnt play "terribly" he did a ton of damage (1300+ mins) and had an early expo with good saturation. Plus MC always goes stargate and if mass ling is so good against stargate why doesn't idra do it more?!

If you put up the entire code b vs top 32 of this mlg without koreans, code b would probably win so saying he's not in gsl really is meaningless.

For the first game is surly was not working. Even if in game 2 it was working, mentally Naniwa was in pieces. And what DRG did was great, no question about it. But IdrA held of similar build from MC in last MLG (on Metalopolis).
