Dude... Sen, Dimaga, Naniwa, Brat_OK, Select, Ret, Major, Sheth are all amazing players. I won't be watching Blizzcon because of their map pool and their overall ESPORTS related business decisions but that's a different issue.

I've always found it hard to judge how attractive another male is but for some reason it's rather easy when it comes to people in the SC scene, especially SC2. Tasteless, Select, Rotterdam, Apollo, etc.
Big time agree with the map pool. Ive never understood how blizzard could so irresponsible sometimes and ultimately how extremely inconsistent they are. They do a good job on listening to the community on things like balance but screw up one of the easiest things when it comes to running a tournament... MAP POOL.

I'm not sure it's "screwing up". It is, in my opinion, hurting them as well as the scene but it definitely fits their overall strategy.

There was one it got deleted by some self righteous wiki mod who said he wasn't relevant or important enough
fucking hate wikipedia mods
For the record, I reported that page. It was just a copy/paste from the Liquipedia article and didn't follow any of the guidelines. The Wiki mod tried to give it a chance by keeping it alive for a few days in order to get it fixed. However, no one actually bothered to do it and were just posting stuff such as "Idra is extremely popular". If you want to start a Wikipedia article about Idra, you have to build it from scratch. You can't just copy/paste from other sources and a lot of the stuff that are on Liquipedia are way too detailed considering that this is just a sports player. It doesn't follow the right template; it has a lot of links to Liquipedia, which have to be edited out; a lot of things have to be clarified (wtf is GSL? MLG?), and so on. Look at Grubby's or Boxer's or Moon's pages on Wikipedia and then compare them to Idra's Liquipedia and you will see what I mean.
To answer Crassulacean's question - the reason why wikis are so awesome is that everyone can contribute. Feel free to start a Wikipedia for Idra, it's not hard at all.
However, it is debatable whether Idra can have his own page according to the Wikipedia guidelines. To make the page we would need at least a few articles from site/magazines/etc. that are not part of the StarCraft scene. Idra has been mentioned in a few article in Forbes but all of them have been written by the same guy, so it only counts as one.

He appeared on CNN too, as most probably know. Just helping plant seeds . .

Yep, but we need an actual CCN article; we can't use some video on YouTube for referencing.

Watching Idra win vs. carriers won't do much good to you. And generally, learning from tournament games is not the most efficient way to go. I'd recommend that you simply watch VODs on his stream when he ladders instead.

Might want to find someone else entirely, as Idra is'nt really the best to learn from in ZvP It IS Idra though <3

Ladder games won't do most people are out of his class and people cheese and don't take it as serious in tournaments. Learning from tournament games is the way to go but if HongUn went hagainst the current metagame then no it's not really a good example.

Well he did get 4th at MLG ^^ True but I don't know many zerg starcraft 2 pro's at his level. I heard Sheth has good ZvP but I'm not sure if hes better than Idra at it. Just need to find some high level replay of ZvP though

You have the obvious Losira and Nestea.. Though I guess their games are kind of hard to come by compared to foreigners.
Boxer and MC cheesed him at MLG ^^ But my point is that on ladder he faces everyday strategies, including cheeses. At tournaments he faces strategies that have been prepared for a major event or strategies that have been tailored exclussively for him, both of which are never going to be used a lot.
And you don't need the top top top level to learn from anyway.
I think it's perfectly ok to make a Idra wikipedia page, even though the article you link to are from esports related websites. Take a look a the grubby page, only three articles are from bbc and all the other are from sk gaming and such. The link to the cnn can be linked only if you can extract some information from the interview and it acts as a source for some facts.
But it is really important to follow the wiki guidelines and not think about their mod as shitty people. If you make an articles with good reference by well known esports website, and a few more general media website I think it's ok.
And yeah don't copy paste from liquipedia. References are far more important on wikipedia.

I thought the series vs. HongUn was a pretty good example of how great macro can beat a deathball-style protoss army (even though carriers made it seemingly less hardy). MC has just always had IdrA's number, so to speak. I thought most other non-IdrA, non-korean zergs used a lot of infestors ZvP, so Sheth or maybe Stephano would be at about the top of the food chain there. If you feel like paying for a GSL subscription though, Nestea/Losira are the most notable.
Watch IdrA v HongUn game 2 - he uses a Losira-style Nydus + Hydra play to decimate him.
EDIT: Oh, it seems the original post was that the HongUn series was un-findable. Maybe you need an MLG membership to watch VODs?

I totally forgot about those two lol thanks ^^ I will sure try to check them out. Anyone know any recent replays or sites I could check their ZvP out?
Theres a lot of LosirA replays in the anaheim replay pack, bit old but still perfectly viable. Finding NesTea replays though is basically impossible as he doesnt ladder and barely competes in anything but GSL
