nah they don't. basically yg needs to give clearance for that song to youtube. but obviously they don't bother to do that for a market where they don't make money anyways. therefore it is blocked by default no matter on/in which channel.
not sure why you're surprised YG or any other official stuff for that matter has been banned for a few years now in germany.
Afaik it used to be available for the first few hours and then blocked by GEMA but nowadays when I try to watch the video on release time it's already blocked.
PS: I recommend hola unblocker, seems proxymate seems to stopped working but yeah I was out of the country a few months ago and browsing youtube was a whole different experience :D

ok I'll expand on this. you're only partially right in that the r sound is common in Chinese. + Show Spoiler [unrelated] +
first, the 'r' in 'ren2' is the same sound as the 'er' in 'pu3 er2'.
it's the same 'er' suffix that mainlanders attach to the end of seemingly every word. this difference in dialect gives mainlanders an advantage in this aspect as southern Mandarin dialect has much less 'er' sounds. For example, 'na2 er' (or 'na2r') 哪儿 is only a part of northern Chinese, whereas southern Chinese typically uses 'na2 li' 哪裏.
peril requires a different rolling of the tongue than 'pu3 er2', similar to ru for 'ru2 he2' (如何). problem occurs because the ending syllable of 'ril' is difficult for Chinese people to say because of the proximity of the 'r' and 'l' sounds.
for what it's worth, I know a literal boatload of people from both regions of China/Taiwan and they all have varying degrees of trouble with these consonants.

T-ara created a retro craze with "Roly-Poly" and want to recreate that craze again in 2013 with "What Do I Do". They want to be able to bring back happy memories of the past once again.
T-ara's jacket image for "2013 What Do I Do" was released today and it features a cassette tape.

hahaha a literal boatload XD. Nice pun, not sure if intentional. I think you're right in that Northern Chinese don't have anywhere near as much trouble though. My entire mom's side is Northerners and they have no problem at all pronouncing the Rs in sorry, peril, etc. My Taiwanese friends on the other hand pronounce it like you're saying, but it is definitely not a universal trait of Asians.

That's a really accurate analysis imo. The song's overall pleasant and has a nice feel, but there's no catchy hook or chorus. It just sort of falls flat. The energy level never changes throughout the song. Not impressed.
