Saki still alive in 200 years, there goes that prediction about her dying, lol. It's like the creators of the show are one step ahead of us. That glasses girl dying came out of nowhere.
I'm really wondering if that's just a huge red herring. Oh well, will be interesting to find out eventually. Glasses girl dying didn't really come out of nowhere, she was too nice to live and jewbro needs some sort of motivation for piloting.

At least they showed her explicitly, she's dead and ain't coming back. Unlike shokoshoko who "died" in a way that should be impossible to get away from but lol didn't show on screen.
Finally got into watching Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, once I'm 20/24 episodes in I accidently realise that I had in fact downloaded and watched season 2 and totally missed entire season 1.
Higurashi anime is horrible. This is only compounded by the fact that it is such a butchering of the good VN. Its like not only do they skip tons of material, the material that IS in there is turned into comedic with their obsesses of people having derpfaces all the time.
How can you people actually take an anime that does this regularly seriously? Scenes like this are "so bad its funny", Code Geass R2 level. + Show Spoiler +
Time will tell if Higurashi Kai is just as terrible as the first one, but I don't have my hopes up.

Never go full retard.
I did the exact same thing. I think that's alright though, it's pretty standalone :D
TSF Forefront coming along nicely. The last 2 minutes of this thing, when they have Fort Class, Grappler, Destroyer, and Laser class was really good. Can't wait till its finished:
