I was also thinking of bringing up Bleach as well, but this is the Naruto thread. The white background stuff really makes me sad. It's so bland. I know it's the world of the dead, but put some effort into it Kubo.
I love HxH, but don't read the manga (make more OVAs pls). Maybe I should and see how bad this is haha.

i'm sure they could've made it look like that if they wanted their mangas in color and spent more time, but they dont have that time nor the budget (just my guess) to do so

Yeah, I'm aware of that, but it's not just the Rasengan, but the chapter as a whole. It really seemed lacking, and if memory serves me correctly, some of the earlier Naruto chapters have better art than this. Well, Kishi is cashing in on Naruto, so maybe that's why he hasn't been keeping up the quality. I don't read Naruto, so this is all just my assumption. Not trying to start a flamewar, so hope you guys enjoy your Naruto =]

Does anyone else think Sasuke is just becoming more stupid as a character? Let's face it, Naruto trains his ass off to learn new abilities and what not. And here Sasuke gets his abilities inherited from Itachi. That's not even the problem, his powers are so bland, boring, and require no skill to use. Maybe it takes a lot out of the user, but that hardly constitutes as exciting. All Sasuke does, with his mangekyou (which they seem to be making more and more OP as time goes on) is stand there and set people on fire by looking at them. A fire that can't be stopped and nearly defeated the friggen 8 tail demon. Oh don't worry about the 9 tails, apparently the mangekyou is already strong enough to control it itself. Not only that, he doesn't even have to move out of the way when attacked by an extremely powerful attack. He stands there and lets Susanoo take it. This would be a typical fight with Sasuke. Ninja A dashes around, does a bunch of crazy crap, and tries to kill Sasuke. Sasuke sits in 1 spot, and blocks it all with Susanoo while setting people on fire which = GG right away. Seriously, how in the world does ANYONE stop Amaterasu? It has a couple of counters, one that only Tobi/Madara seems to know about (although I doubt it'd his time space ability, as he would have just done the same for the destruction bugs that Torune put in him), and being super fast like the Raikage. Let's face it, one of the strongest ninjas, the Raikage, had his arm put out of commission just by some skill-less fire that can't be stopped. The Raikage actually had to move faster than the eye could keep up with (which was very cool and original way of countering the Amaterasu IMO).
Here we have the Byakugan who I used to think was very powerful, but lately it's just been getting useless compared to all the abilities that the Sharingan can do. They've been giving the Sharingan so much development, that the Byakugan looks like crap in comparison. Why don't we list what each is capable of?
Byaukgan
-Increase range of view
-Allows a near 360 degree of vision
-Can see through objects and chakra
Sharingan
-Develops into those 3 dots that connect, each dot granting new powers
-turns into the Mangekyou
-sets shit on fire that can't be stopped unless you permanently sever the part
-has the power to control the 9 tails
-Has a shield even more powerful than Gaara's, Susanoo
-can make illusion, that can even be developed into stronger illusions that can be time controlled
-can copy any justu by following the hand seals
-can make shit disappear just like Kakashi did when saving Choji
-Izanagi, which warps reality (although makes you go blind)
-Kamui
-etc
Cool as it is I just think it's getting lame that they're heaping so much powers onto this eye power. Sasuke doesn't even have to move anymore, what's the point of being fast? Just set whatever you look at on fire and you're good to go.
PS: I really miss Shino and his clan. Torune was cool IMO, but we don't get to see much of their development anymore, let alone any of the other characters. The manga is pretty much just about Naruto and Sasuke now. Saskura is useless as ever too.

Conclusion: Basically, Sasuke is now a very (nearly OP) character who we derive excitement from by watching OTHER characters try to devise plans to overcome his OPness. He hardly does anything exciting or original himself. His fight with Deidara was totally 1 sided once you realize how his electricity stops all effects of Deidara's bombs. It was still exciting though, because I was delightfully entertained by the counter counter that Deidara threw out when we realized he had trained to overcome the Sharingan's illusions. Too bad Sasuke is just a natural counter with his electricity, he would have lost otherwise.

Didn't Sasuke manage to dodge the fire shit himself when he was against Itachi? I guess that doesn't count since Itachi was gonna die anyway with his disease or something but you're practically right, Sasuke just needs to stand there and go 1a2a3a (shoot the bigass arrow of Susanoo, set shit on fire, set shit into an endless genjutsu - in any order) while his opponents try to move around and shit to scratch him...

that sad he dont put much time into drawing anymore , and just create fast chapter .
if you want to see the drawing style , just check chapter 1-100 , he was drawing background back there and everything was kinda better .
