Is anyone else disappointed that Mako is going to be Korra's love interest? Anyone else really hope that Bolin would be with Korra? I just think its so boring and obvious to have Typical Male Protagonist Guy get with the Heroine. Not to mention that Korra's date with Bolin clearly went well, and Mako is just a bland turd. | ||

However, the rest are pretty ambiguous, we assume toph died bc shes referred to in past tense and she left her position. However, zuko left the firelord position three years before the LoK story so he is prolly still alive. Sokka's whereabouts are unknown too... So I guess friends could also mean people not in the main gang... like others he met and such. Iroh etc. etc. lol. Hm that would be cool if sokka is alive still. Sure, they had a good time and all, but what I saw was stuff would happen with male friends or female friends I don't have an interest in. And Korra was the one who had to step in to cover her and Bolin's ass when Tahno decided to harass them. You're not going to be scoring any points if you act beta in front of a problem and the girl takes charge. Now that I think about it, I don't care for Makorra either. It's like you said, boring and obvious. | ||

Theres no real reason except his hotness that Korra should like Mako for. Wait so can someone remind me again of a possible reason why Kyoshi lived to 230...? Why do some people live so long, like Bumi? (and are still so healthy lol) Also this is interesting: It says the monks broke from custom, and told aang at age 12 instead of 16 that he was the Avatar. It says "Usually the Avatar isn't revealed until their sixteenth birthday". So I guess Korra is also an exception to this? Even though the world didn't seem to be in trouble? | ||
