I suppose it's normal to think a blue pony would be male, and that spike is a... frog...

The confusion with rainbow dash is understandable however

If you're talking about the first 3-4ish episodes from season 1, you've got no idea what's in store for you in the later episodes; things get so much better later on. Honestly, it's best to watch them in order if you want to get into the show, as since it's character-driven, the later episodes will have the best impact if you've seen the previous ones and developed deeper levels of empathy for the characters.
just finally finished Past Sins after stopping at chapter 18 three weeks ago (oh my god why didn't I finish it much sooner); tbh the best novel I've ever read. I wish they made a movie out of it someday, as impossible as that is to actually happen ;_;

I'm free this entire week, because it's Fall Break for me! I would say Friday afternoon would be perfect. It's in prep for the next season and hopefully everyone will have the most time to burn on Friday.
So obviously people are interested, but unfortunately I just threw these polls up on a whim. Does anyone here have good knowledge regarding shared media, or is willing to be the host for streaming? If you can do something of this like, PM me please! Otherwise, we could probably all just hop on Synctube and watch it that way.
Also, the best time to do it would most likely be at late afternoon Friday, so I'd imagine any Friday at 4 PM EST would be good. Otherwise, the question, which Friday works the best for everyone? We might as well keep this within the month, otherwise we may forget about it. Anyways, pick a tentative date for yourselves! More polls, yay.
